3 weeks plus to transfer cas funds
i asked them to transfer funds to my new advisor as did my wife. all these funds were in cash so a simple bank transfer was all they had to do and they took 3 weeks to transfer mine and my wife's still haven't arrived.
i bet that they have not paid any interest for those weeks but cannot prove it

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Unnecessarily bureaucratic. Poorly trained staff who give the wrong advice and cannot explain their own procedure. IT systems which are not fit for purpose - docs without editable fields, and which you cannot save or print off your phone.

What went wrong? Almost everything. From a missing transfer, refusal to address reasonable requests, lack of communication and a severe disregard to what I felt was a genuine and serious issue, Quilter support failed on every single level.
