I requested to transfer my pension with…
I requested to transfer my pension with other providers to my Quilter pension and asked for the forms to be emailed to me.That was on 6 February. I am still waiting for the forms despite having chased Customer Service. This is the worst level of service I have experienced and will be moving my pension to another provider after I have raised a complaint. Would not recommend this provider ever.

The whole process was extremley smooth and easy to navigate and was very timely. Quilter's app / online system is very clear and again easy to understand and navigate. We did not encounter any problems or difficulties at any stag of the process.

The Company has held our investments for many years which have yielded for us healthy returns. We are grateful for that and benefitted well. Serious issues in recent times have forced us to withdraw capital thereby reducing our investments. If fortunes change we will be happy to re-invest with the company.

3 weeks plus to transfer cas funds
i asked them to transfer funds to my new advisor as did my wife. all these funds were in cash so a simple bank transfer was all they had to do and they took 3 weeks to transfer mine and my wife's still haven't arrived.
i bet that they have not paid any interest for those weeks but cannot prove it

Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Unnecessarily bureaucratic. Poorly trained staff who give the wrong advice and cannot explain their own procedure. IT systems which are not fit for purpose - docs without editable fields, and which you cannot save or print off your phone.
