All transactions are completed within timescale advise - Used them via my Financial adviser for many years - between my F Advisor and Quilter - I have never had an issue

The app is very useful tool. In enables you to track your investments and provides visibility when transacting.

I formally complained to Quilter UK regarding my CRA pension on 19/11/25, details as per your above reference.
I received an extremely detailed and accurate account of events from one of your complaints handlers. His summary included countless apologies, an admission of errors by your processing management team and an offer of compensation for the stress and worry I was suffering. He also assured me that the poor service that I had received would be used for further team training to improve and prevent future re-occurrences. The offer of compensation was conditional that I accepted his conclusions. At present I have deferred acceptance of this compensation because the matter has not resulted in a final outcome. I find it astonishing that you are asking me to accept compensation when absolutely no decision or outcome has been made. Your complaint handler informed me that he had forwarded my complaint and his findings to your calculations team to assess whether or not I had been financially disadvantaged (the reason for my complaint). This calculation would take 30 calendar days. The 30 day deadline ended on 7th February 2026. I received another sincere apology for the further delay and I was told that I should receive an outcome in early March if not sooner.
Quilter has provided me with a platform with which I have self managed my own pension. To date I’ve had nothing to complain about, but when the matter in hand arose, Quilter let me down badly. I genuinely feel justification in referring the matter to the Pensions Ombudsman and the FCA. The matter is still unresolved after more than 3 months and the level of compensation offered doesn’t reflect the time I’ve spent and the advice I have sought from third party advisors.
I’ve taken this route because I can see other investors complaining via Trustpilot and you appear to respond?
I have been extremely patient but the matter is now beyond an acceptable service level.
Please review my case before responding as I am only interested in discussing the matter with Senior Management.

A very smooth transfer. I hope they perform as well as I have been told.

Their website is straightforward to use. Information is clearly presented. Their call centre seems to be UK based and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

Clear concise and straight forward with a trusted person on the end of the phone. Most people drawing Pensions are elderley and not "Tech " savvy, and quilter understand this so they take you step by step through your transaction.

I moved my pensions and ISA to quilter nearly a year ago. The process was smooth and easy and the products have done extremely well since then. Would definitely recommend them and Damian Cross who is my advisor.
