I ordered Synergy Relaxing formula to put a few drops on my 10 year old dog’s soft toy to help relax him. I have only just done this , so it’s a bit early to see if it is successful but he does love the aroma and likes to sleep with it .

When it comes to buying natural products off the internet you have to be cautious, at times, as to the quality of the product and it's origins. I feel Quinessence are trustworthy and sell products that are of high quality. They are not the cheapest, but I feel their prices are fair, and I'd rather pay extra knowing the product I'm getting is what it says it is on the website and label. Their website is easy to navigate, with the ingredients of the product being easy to find. No problem with the delivery and I'm very happy with the products. Many thanks.

The the request for a review is premature. I have yet to recieve the product. Quenessence are a week late in dispatching. Despite a chasing email and a promise the product would be dispatched today, it has not yet been dispatched. Why oh why do companies not say out of stock when they take the order or wait to tell you once you complain. Additional make promises they do not keep.

You might be surprised to learn that I buy the Sleep and Relax synergies for
my dog! When we got Floss five years ago from a local rescue centre she was really nervous and reactive to certain noises. The oils were recommended by the rescue centre as ones they use and I have been using them ever since. When we settle down in the early evening I fire up the oil burner and she calms down and relaxes with us. I wouldn’t even try any other oils.

The oils are working well, I used arnica oil and juniper, mixed with lavender for a frozen shoulder
