Love the oils and delivery is always so quick!

I have been ordering from Quinessence since 2011 and as a qualified aromatherapist myself I have always found the products of the highest quality and customer service and delivery always very good. I have recommended these beautiful products to many people. Thank you Quinessence.

Quick efficient service

Have bought from this company for many years without issue when they were based in Leicestershire. However, they have been bought out and the Quinessence name is still being used. Had to chase an order today that was placed on 17th and apparently it was held up due to lack of stock. No communication until I chased today. Apparently resolved now and hopefully being dispatched today but service not as good as when it belonged to Sue and Geoff. Hope the oils are still the same quality. I can't comment until I receive my order.

Everything I ordered was in the package and in excellent condition. On past orders I have had with Quinessence, while the items have been in their usual good condition, I have had problems with delivery (Royal Mail). This time, however, my package was delivered within two days! Very pleased with my order.

As yet I haven't received my order.
I ordered on 23rd June and have only received an order acknowledgement so far. The communication is rather sketchy. I have sent an email to inform them of this yesterday but no reply as yet.

The website is easy to navigate and delivery is always quick. I had an issue with a broken lid after a delivery and it was dealt with quickly and efficiently, the customer service team was polite and friendly. I got a new pot of cream within a couple of days

Easy ordering with comprehensive product details to make choice easier. Arrive quickly beautifully packaged. There really is no other supplier that comes close for buying aromatherapy products.

The essence I wanted was 'Out of stock' and it would have been very helpful to be able to click on a button to "Notify me when this is in stock again". After waiting a couple of weeks with no change I emailed Quinessence and received a prompt helpful reply telling me they were waiting for new labels for their product. Still no offer to notify me when stock was available. Eventually I found it was again listed online - but I had been waiting nearly six weeks monitoring the website regularly.
