Excellent service and products
Very good attention, I was updated re progress of order, which was delivered promptly, top quality essential oils and day cream with rose and geranium oils has already made an improvement to skin texture after only a few uses. Great company who I will continue to use and would definitely recommend.

A reluctant but necessary disappointing review
I am reluctantly providing this feedback as I have loved Quinessence products in the past, however, I have been feeling very disappointed with my last experience. I made a very large order of essential oils as I was due to attend an event, I paid extra to have next day delivery, unfortunately my delivery took over a week to be received which left me with a very limited supply of oils for the event. The customer service representative was helpful and refunded me the postage. Unfortunately when I received my order some of the oils were not of the quality I would expect, they didn’t smell as they should or were an odd green brown colour which they shouldn’t have been. The representative said she would look into this and refunded me for some of the oils.
The reason I am posting this review is in the hope that this will help Quinessence to look further into why their oils are not of the quality they once were and hopefully get back to providing amazing essential oils.

Long established company which supply the purest of oils
Have been using this company for years and will continue because in my experience their essential oils are the best out there. Clearly a company who know and source the best products which are true and pure for the purpose required. Any minor hick ups which I've had have been dealt with straight away with a result that I will continue to buy my oils from Quinessence as they tick all the most important boxes. Ethical, purity of their products and they have been established professional company for many years. Thank you Quinessence for supplying what I know to be some of the finest oils available.
