Brilliant little Company. Customer Service Brilliant.
Only my second order. I received an email from Vicki in customer service support to say one of my items was awaiting delivery to them. Easy website to navigate
Easy website to navigate, ordering process was straightforward. Delivery time was ok, around 5 days I think. I was slightly disappointed a carrier oil wasn't shown to be out of stock at time or order as I wasn't made aware of that until later and it had been paid for. However, refund was quick and Quinessence kept in touch throughout. All in all good service and I'm happy with my purchase so will definitely order from them again, thank you.

Anti Wrinkle Cream
I really do like the anti wrinkle cream. It smells lovely and on first use I noticed a definate smoothing and tightening of my skin. I am 63 years young. I have only used it for four days so visable effects will no doubt be minimal at this stage. I normally use Elemis Marine day and night but I have been looking for some time to find something that is less expensive and offers an ethical process of manufacture. I think I may have found it! The containers are not as beguiling as Elemis on the shelf but really it is the contents that matters. I also purchased the pure essential oils which are spectacular. Really good quality. Very pleased with my purchase. I will be trying more in ther range as my first experience of the products has been exceptional.
