I hate thids WEBSITE I HAVE A PRELIM IN 1 WEEK AND I CAN BARELY EVEN USE MY COMPUTER WHILE THE QUIZLET TAB IS OPEN. YOUR WEBSITE CANNOT HANDLE VIDEO ADS. IT CANT EVEN FUNCTION ON ITS OWN. PUTTING AN ADVERt IN THE MIDDLE OF FLASHCARDS IS DIABOLICAL. IVE BEEN SAT HERE ONE MInUTE WAITING FOR THIS GODAWFUL AD TO BE OVR BUT BECAUSE UR WEBSITE DOESNTE EVEN WORK THE AD ISNT EVEN LOADING SO I HAVE TO SIMULTANEOuSLY WAIT FOR THE ADTO LOAD AND FOR THE AD TO BE OVER AND STARE AT tHES CREEN KNOWING Im FAILING THIS PRELIm. god hhelp me

Cards are inaccurate and will mark it wrong unless you say the exact thing that IT wrote instead of the right answer.
E.G- le Père Noël, it won't accept 'Santa Claus' or 'Father Christmas', it will only accept 'Santa Claus (Father Christmas)'
Use a better website.

Be very careful with this company, they took money from me for a subscription even though I no longer use them and when I raised an issue with paypal, the case was refused because Quizlet claim they have delivered the product!
We no longer use it, my daughter has forgotten the login details so there is no way to unsubscribe....

This is a horrendous company with no way of contacting their customer service, everything is done through bots. They automatically renewed my son's one year subscription without his knowledge or my approval as account holder and took money from my credit card despite never using the account. They refuse to refund, even though many reputable companies will refund when they have automatically opted you in and extended the subscription without your knowledge. This is not a reputable company and should be avoided otherwise it will be a very costly experience.

I hate the ads in between flashcards.
Taking compulsory breaks is shown to hinder memory. This website does not care about user experience at all and just wants users to buy premium

The website is so glitchy it is barely usable. I also just lost hours of work because the auto save crashed. This happens so often. Fuming!!!!!

I checked the reviews beforehand, and I saw how bad is the reputation of the company. Since it is mainly about that the company isn't free anymore (which should be normal) I gave them a try.

Sadly I was dissappointed, customer support isn't focus on customer satisfactory. They lost thousands of euros because of this. After this surely will choose another company.

I would give it no stars if possible. They have charged me and are making it impossible to stop the autorenew

It used to be my go to tool, but recently they changed a lot and turned it into a dysfunctional website that you pay for and barely works.

I've spent many hours, first creating several personal decks in Quizlet, then trying to move forward with spaced repetition. Alas with no success. I assumed that it is possible to use spaced repetition as the descriptive text on the web site is littered with statement extolling the benefits.

However I have found other users that are unable to find the benefits of spaced repetition within Quizlet. I have come to the conclusion it has GONE!

That’s pretty poor behaviour by the company.

My other adventures have fortunately proved useful - Anki Pro is looking good. But do avoid ordinary Anki. It’s full of bugs and great complexity, and is run by volunteers who will likely have insufficient time to invest in the product.

I found it difficult to navigate and use it, even if they have this content I can't use it easily to use especially learn feature.

Quizlet is an alright Spanish learning tool however One thing that I hate is that you cant change your username more than once, cant look at class leaderboards whenever you want. Its just little thing Quizlet! please fix this.

I paid for Plus and spent years setting up an elaborate set of flashcards to support a class. It is now almost useless to me- I cannot edit it, I cannot scroll through it, and my students cannot access it without paying for an account. This is really disappointing and I regret spending all my time building something intricate on a terrible, throttled, unscrupulous platform like this. Shame on you, Quizlet- you are ruining your brand equity!

They just want your money. They don't actually care about you learning, it's just yet another thing that wants you to subscribe and keep giving them money.

This used to be a great website whos first priority was to support students. It was created by a 15 year old studying for their French test, who wanted other students to be able to benefit from it as he did, free of charge. Even when QuizletPlus was introduced, the free version was still making a massive impact in educating students of all socioeconomic backgrounds. Now, not only are many of the learning modes restricted to those without a paid membership, but the main "learn" feature is now limited to 5 rounds, after which you can never use it again. That's right - Quizlet is blatantly stopping students from being able to learn. It's truly shameful to see the executives violate and dishonor the very founding goals of Quizlet to further their own financial gain.

For the many students who are also frustrated at the recent immoral changes to the Quizlet website - Knowt.io is a seamless FREE alternative.

I enjoy it AI features a lot and it's different ways to practice

unfortunately cannot afford to pay so much for premium just to export a study set. crazy how limited the free version has become. at least make a more discounted version for monthly users.

I like quizlet on the desktop, but tablets for school are getting more and more common. I was very excited to be able to write out my flashcards instead of typing, but I didn't know that you cant create multiple choice answers on the app when you can on the desktop. It is very important that I make multiple choice answers for my notes so I really hope they can fix this for the app.
