Everything just felt calm and and well organized from the moment we arrived. The staff were attentive, the space is beautiful, and the food and drinks menu has loads of options so you’re not stuck choosing.

Second visit and still impressed, consistency matters

Came for afternoon tea and honestly it exceeded expectations. Nice verity of savoury and sweet and whole setting just slow down and enjoy it properly.

The spa access is really made the whole trip feel special. Treatments were done so well and you could tell the team actually care about what they’re doing, not rushed at all.

The wine selection crazy good, ended up trying way more than planned lol.

Staff were so nice and helpful every time we asked something.

The wine tasting machines were such a fun touch and made the whole visit feel a bit different to other spa places we have tried. Staff were attentive, the restaurant food was outstanding, and yeah.... we definitely ended up buying a bottle after tasting a few.

Stayed here and and honestly everything felt easy from start to finish... the team really went above and beyond for us, dinner was great, and the spa access made it feel like a proper switch off. Valerie and Ebony gave the best treatments me and my husband have had, not even close.

Went twice in one week, that says it all.

Beautiful place, lovely tea and and that vegan raspberry bakewell was sooo good.

Recent booking I contacted the venue QUOB PARK spa in Fareham about two weeks before the event about a separate issue. I got a response telling me it was cancelled as they had decided to close their spa on Mondays and Tuesday moving forward. They asked can they offer a replacement day. I was very annoyed because a) I wondered if they would have even bothered telling me, had I not contacted them about the other thing and b) it ruined a carefully curated day that I had planned with little notice. Nevertheless I offered two other dates the following month and got a brief response saying no, the spa is closed for refurbishment. The tone of both emails were not great. When I called spabreaks (who brokered) they didn’t even know about either form of closure, then asked me to send copies of emails, then took over a week to issue my refund (only after I chased them again), which then took several more days to clear. Completely ruined my planned day out for my parents Christmas gift, as cost almost £400 and I didn’t get my money back in time to book an alternative. No form of apology by way of compensation or anything either.

If I could score less i would. I have dealt with this business with no problem for several years. I pay a monthly direct debit and when I've paid in enough I put in an order. I placed an order arranged delivery but the delivery never came and the have not called me back or replied to email.

As with others my 94 year old mother had a balance of £195 removed in December 2024. I had placed a Christmas meat order for her and had a phone call to say this would not be honored. Then when I looked for the prior balance of £195 this had gone down to zero. Theft from a Pensioners!! as with others I wish there were no stars available.
