Quora has now been around for 15 years. Seven years ago their rating on the Better Business Bureau was a C minus. It's now a D minus. The majority of Quorans write short sarcastic replies meant to shame and belittle the question poser. A Top Writer can be whimsically banned without explanation while a troll can continue to post indefinitely. There is no rhyme or reason to their methods. And since their reputation has only worsened I predict the platform will slowly dissolve into oblivion. It is truly a sign of disregard of human intelligence when a platform such as Quora will ban a Top Writer while allowing morons to post their caustic comments filled with grammatical errors and misspellings. It is truly a pathetic platform destined for extinction. While other platforms such as Facebook are restoring banned accounts at the present time --Quora holds onto their miscalculated bans even if a popular writer could help improve their marginal reputation. I would advise any serious writer to avoid this wretched platform that could whimsically ban all of your hard work and creative writings without any kind of meaningful explanation while simultaneously allowing imbeciles to post freely. AVOID.

Don’t ever sign up, I have deleted my account 3 times and I still receive 3 emails a day about absolutely crazy people talking about divorcing and legal action because parents to take to long to get over their children’s passing? The whole thing is a joke stay away

This platform became a place to only spread hate and the majority of comments are toxic and sometimes racist.

I unsubscribed from Quora today, after trying so many times to get conservative point of view, but Quora gave me only critisizm of Republicans. I don't need that nonsense in my life. I ll ve happy without Qoura.

Lots of fake story's and fake news. A bunch of email spam which resubscribe by itself if cancelled. They also sell a lot of your info to third party's . Not worth it unless you like to be lied to.

Scam. Beautiful women are messaging me and asking me to signal chat. I am smart enough to know this website is a scam. Why would a beautiful woman message me? Sending super sexy pictures? Obviously she's a scammer. No way beautiful women meet men through qoura. Maybe it's a money scam or something.

Quora is a life saver, I really really love this software product I also love poe, the AI. But I feel they can improve in the search engine. For example, there are some people I wish to find, and get to read their contents which isn't available.

Never register here. If you try to unsubscribe, they just start sending emails from another country.

This site promotes scams and recovery scam sites.
It's all fake do not contact any crypto recovery sites.
They are all fake.

While I love the questions and answers the ads they run are nearly all crypto scams; mostly with fake celebrity endorsements.

It provide very good information to any questions of any individual.

Overall I don't think Quora is a terribly bad platform for young people, however I find it somewhat immature and annoying for myself .I don't like that it's always the first five or six entries in my Google searches. It seems like some cronyism and maybe other conflicts of interests.

I may have once or twice hit the like button on one of Quora's entries but nowhere near enough times to account for that much skewedness in my search results. I basically don't like Quora and I don't want to ever see it again.

I'm not too thrilled with this review entry form either. I'm trying to see if I spelled everything right and it really doesn't work if I can only see half of a sentence at one time. I guess I'll just have to repeatedly edit until I get all the way through it. That's pretty inefficient.

Most of the posters dont seem to give their references or provide a resource list. All I really see is a bunch of young people typing up their opinions and congratulating themselves on being right. That's a classic symptom of underclassmen in college. A lot of self-confidence and very little reason for it.

I have to admit I'm old and I'm pretty dry. I don't want a lot of drama in my search results. I don't want to have to read through 10 pages of other people's agony. I want to know if something works for them and how did they do it. If they don't have an answer to my question, I would prefer that they just didn't answer and leave room for other people to answer. (Well I'm rereading this and editing it because it doesn't look very nice to me at second glance. I must have had a pretty bad day when I wrote this. Of course everybody can write whatever they want to write I should want to encourage that. Just maybe I would prefer more scholarly articles instead of these results which are skewed toward a younger audience.)

I have to also admit that I'm afraid of online bullying. It can make me cry. It's made people I know suicide. So I try to avoid it at all costs. Like I said not to cast blame but maybe to encourage people to grow up a little bit before posting and maybe to encourage Google to grow up a little bit before making recommendations.

It's easier to leave the Scientologists than this bloody persistent echo chamber crap. Don't sign up, don't log in. Just avoid.

the only reason i still use it is because of my friends on there. this website has a bunch of pedos and i am positive it IS run by pedos. i do not recommend and basically there's only pedos, bots that post fake pictures of them, and others. a lot of my friends have already left quora because of how badly quora affects their mental healths. i'm probably going to leave soon too . ive had quora since 2023 sometime in april but i havent just started using it again until back in august.

Waste of time and energy.

I visited quora first time. I wanted to find reliable astrologer. I found some amazing reviews. It looked paid. I engaged one of the astrologer but turned out to be a scam a fraud. I wrote a comment to all the great reviews but they were all deleted by Quora. I wanted to make others aware that they don’t fall victim to the same scam as I did. Quora is unreliable as it deleted all my comments. I believe they only promoted paid comments which are also unreliable.

You would think this platform is to get help through questions and answers. Turns out if you ask something you get bullied by a bunch of middle age men with no better things to do. The users should really get moderated. Never using it again.

I've been a member for longer than I care to admit! First it was a Q&A platform and then it became a Democrat infested cesspool of liars trying to tarnish Donald Trump while insulting and harassing anyone who posted factual articles or statements that proved their false narratives wrong! I think Quora is in the tank for the Democrats as they take down any uploaded videos that expose the lies of the Democrats! So this is far from an objective site dedicated to facts and legitimate questions. Look up their location Castro Street in California? Go figure! If you are searching for truth in political matters don't waste your time here they are a mouthpiece fpr the Democrats! Only reason I'm on here is to offset their lies with the truth not biased opinion like most of the GenX cupcakes,
