This company sucks! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
They pretend to have a Support/Contact service but they do nothing. They take you money and then thay don't deliver your goods.
I bought a gadget in the 10th of February. Since more than 6 weeks I still did not receive my goods. I ask to ship again or reimburse but they refuse saying that the shipment is still in progress (even if it is not moving since 2 weeks).
I did the big mistake to not check their reliability and reputation in advance!
AGAIN, NEVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY

SCAMMERS DONT ORDER. ORDERED A MONTH AGO AND I KEPT RECEIVING UPDATES ON SHIPPING WHICH WASNT MOVING. EVERY EMAIL I SENT THEY RESPONDED WITH TRACKING #. AFTER THE TRACKING # SAID DELIVERED (ITEM WASNT) I EMAILED THEM AND THEY ADVISED FOR ME TO CALL LOCAL POST OFFICE AND SEARCH MY NEIGHBORHOOD FOR MY PACKAGE. i ADVISED I DID CALL AND THEY DO NTO HAVE AND I REFUSE TO WALK AROUND A 600 HOUSE NEIGHTBORRHOOD TO FIND A PACKAGE. THEY RESPONDED WITH THE SAME TWORDS OVER 7 EMAILS AFTER ME TELLING THE WHAT I WONT BE DOING AND TO RESEND OR REFUND. DISPUTED WITH BANK SINCE ITS A RUNAROUND WITH COMPANY.

I waited for 3 months for my package. The wrong item was shipped and I am unable to get a refund despite 1 month of emails. Terrible!

Recently, grabbed this lighter and screen protector combo at a solid price. The lighter works well even in the wind, thanks to its USB arc. The screen protector was easy to apply and left no bubbles. Pretty satisfied with the overall value.

The checkout page told me a price which I was ok with and I was charged much more to bank when it actually went through.
This is after the currency conversion it still ended up much higher.

Be careful with these guys, they might lie about the price your paying.

The screen protector is also impressive. It fits flawlessly, easy to install without any bubbles or dust. A bonus is the classy gift box. Waited three weeks, but worth it.

The shipping was spectacular! The package arrived promptly and was securely packed to avoid any damage. I was also thrilled with the beautiful gift box included - it adds a touch of elegance. Despite all this, the product exceeded my expectations!

I ordered car chargers that continued to send updates on tracking. They never arrived even though status said it did. I immediately sent a note to support and they said delivered and not their problem, I needed to contact local post office (with an international tracking number). Continue to send email correspondence to them and no response - customer service is awful!

They lost my order! And no help from the support

I ordered Christmas lights mounted outside the house, I spent €75 and I got completely different lamps that I could have bought in the store for €15.. Someone was supposed to catalog with me within 24 hours, I have been waiting for an email for almost a month and I keep getting the same answer because I write from answering machine ://// money cannot be recovered... Fraudsters and nothing else!!!!

I have got an wrong article, the article is Not what I ordered! I send them pictures and they said that they checked it and that I got the right item!
No chance to send it Back or to get my money Back.
And they belong/ are Part of aliexpress, what you can only see when you already paid!
I wanted to buy a cool replica as a gift and now I've got expensive rubbish!

Bunch of scammers. They are after your details then spam you to death. Doesn't matter how many times you ask to unsubscribe they won't do it

An absolute sham of a company total rip off merchants I saw their advertisement on Facebook and thought permanent outside lights which look to be like govee a good make. What you get is a set of usb led lights that are inappropriate for the use avertised. The aftermarket depth are just so happy to inform you that you could give it to someone else as a gift.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from these con merchants.

This company is a fraud!!! They send wrong product charging a premium and when you ask to return they refuse and offer $3usd or just ignore your request.
Stay away from purchasing anything from them!!!
