Its a really nice product and I am really pleased with how it has turned out in my apartment. Patricia was extremely helpful and friendly when I was selecting a design and helped me to modify an "off the shelf" product.
Also, due to a change in suppliers I received some wrong parts. I again spoke with Patricia who ensured I received the correct parts the next day.

Really good customer service experience - helpful and polite! The rag I ordered was more difficult to assemble than I expected and there were no instructions that came with the order, thus the 4 - instead of the 5 star rating. But the product is beautiful, and I am very happy with my purchase

No colour match between products
I simply don't understand how the colour of "gold" metal hangers don't match the colour of "gold" metal baskets. At all.

As a returning customer i have experienced consistency of the service as well as the overall quality of the product. This time (the second time) I had a really tailored service experience. My need was very unusual but Patricia quickly found a solution, made the drawings according to the given measures and actually improved my own original proposal.
As soon as I accepted the offer - she sent a link to my shopping cart and the transaction was made very easy.
The materials came shortly afterwards with GLS. Definitely a positive experience - looking forward to my next purchase

The best experience I've ever had with a company
I was doing some home renovations and was in desperate need of time and a new solution for our hallway. I contacted Rackbuddy and got in touch with Martin. He assured me that he would do what he could to have the order at my place as soon as possible. An hour later I got the first email from Monika that rackbuddy has sent my order and I could expect it soon.
I not only had the order at my doorway the next day, but also the best experience I've ever had with a company. I was taken seriously when I told them that it was urgent and they did what they could to deliver. I couldnt have asked for more.
A big kudos to Martin, Monika and the Rackbuddy team. You guys are truly amazing.
