Good customer support
The quality of product was good in general and i was happy with customer support that they were able to support my order immediately once some parts were not delivered correctly to my address. Howevr, some bolts provided to install the wood board were not good selection, where the length of bolt was too short to install the wood board properly, so i just used my own bolt for correct installation.

the rack is amazing and i love the option of buying it “second hand” for less money. i recommend watching their youtube videos to see how to built the rack properly since i did think the instructions on the manual were not detailed enough. however with the video it was easy to put together! also great fast shipping, very pleased with everything.
