I had a bit of a "fat finger" moment on the Radioddity website and accidentally hit the redeem button for a rewards radio I didn’t actually want. The system instantly processed it and deducted my points. I reached out to their support team via email, and Hazel responded incredibly fast. She understood exactly what happened, canceled the accidental reward, and restored my points immediately. The service was painless, professional, and much faster than I expected. More than great products at great prices, great customer service

Customer service at its best! The other day I hit by accident an area that would deduct 100 points from my account. I wasn't planning to purchase anything so I emailed customer support of my mistake. Today, the refunded me back my 100 points. Now that is what you call Customer Service without the hazel.
