Took good care of a product issue, checking up to be sure it was all taken care of.

All purchases and customer service requests have been treated in a timely fashion. Things not available on their site were provided via email.

At the beginning of this year I've had an issue with my VPF weather station. I asked a technical support to Raddy assistance and I've received quickly their support and suggestions to solving the issue.

Ordered a few items recently, all came in good shape on time and are working well. Had to contact customer service about a small issue with the rewards program and it was handled right away. A+

I had a bit of a "fat finger" moment on the Radioddity website and accidentally hit the redeem button for a rewards radio I didn’t actually want. The system instantly processed it and deducted my points. I reached out to their support team via email, and Hazel responded incredibly fast. She understood exactly what happened, canceled the accidental reward, and restored my points immediately. The service was painless, professional, and much faster than I expected. It’s great to know they have such a helpful team backing their products!

I purchase from Radioddity because they sell excellent products at great prices. But where they have shined again for me just recently, (as they have in the past) was in their excellent customer service with excellent communications. This company serves the Amateur Radio Community well. For these reasons I recommend Radioddity to new operators looking to enter the community.

The DE-19 USB interface had an issue. A new replacement DE-19 was sent and fixed the issue. Echo was very helpful. Thanks.

Customer service at its best! The other day I hit by accident an area that would deduct 100 points from my account. I wasn't planning to purchase anything so I emailed customer support of my mistake. Today, the refunded me back my 100 points. Now that is what you call Customer Service without the hazel.

We had a slight glitch in the order system, and I contacted customer service. They quickly responded with a reliable answer.
This is refreshing in an environment that has become increasingly poor at customer service.
