Purchased an db25-d which has been a nightmare to program. Have had it for 2 weeks and now just sits on a shelf because radioddity doesn't really back their products. Id be better off selling it to a pawn shop for a 50% loss rather than paying a shipping fee and a 15%-20% restock fee. Will never purchase anything from radioddity again. If they truly back their products why would you charge a restock fee?

Radioddity has always had the best Customer service and High Quality Radios. Echo was very helpful with answering all of my questions and emails were responded to promptly. I am very grateful for the new QB25 Pro radio and hope the one returned can be diagnosed and repaired. I have purchased several Radioddity products from both Amazon and Ebay. I also referred several members of my local amateur radio club to all the different options. Mobile, Handheld, Antennas etc. We have monthly raffles and Radioddity was very generous to donate to our Annual Ham Swapfest.

You ask what made my experience great. Well you should as who. I will tell you. Her name is Helen Lu. She made everything smooth and without hiccups. She did exchange my radio and only waited until I had shipped my Broken one back. As soon as she knew the old one was in the mail she created an order to have a new one shipped and it was shipped within a day. With support like this you can’t go wrong. I will be doing business with Radioddity again and will recommend them to all the hams I know. And to the powers that be at Radioddity. Make sure you keep Helen and I think she deserves a raise.

Customer service from Radioddity is BY FAR the best in the business. Had two minor issues, one with a battery and the other with a microphone. Helen quickly answered my inquiry, and after a bit of testing, determined that the battery and microphone needed to be replaced. New battery and microphone arrived and work perfectly. 5 stars!
