Great customer service and price. Free Delivery and set up in two days of purchase. Will b buying again

I havn't bought from Radio Rentals for over 40 years as I have always found they were expensive. To my surprise, their online price for my new fridge was cheaper than the competition. Price also included delivery, installation of new fridge and disposal of old one These were additional costs with the other retailer. Prompt delivery and friendly helpful delivery staff put the icing on the cake.

Absolutely fantastic service from initial contact about information to collecting my product, highly recommend the Mt Barker S.A store, the prices are very competitive but the personal service exceeded my expectations

Nathan at the Berri Store SA was of excellent customer service. He knew exactly the nature of every single product and went beyond and above to explain and sell me the most suitable appliance to suit me and my family.
Highly recommend Nathan definately 5 star review and beyond.

I have been with Radio Rentals for a very long time and build up my status to a Rippa Rewards Card over a period of thirty years or so and I had my ups and downs but I stuck with it. And I have seen some changes. A for the good of the customer. That is why I am still with you, if there is a problem you guy's are there to help and you kept me straight, but most of all HAPPY. Some might say you are expensive, but I say that little bit is worth the service you guy's provide.. Keep up the good work guy's.. Jacobus. a. c. Janssen...….

The website is difficult to use on a mobile phone. It works well on the tablet and laptop.
In store service is good.

Gepps cross have wonderful, well informed staff who are always there when you need them

I had to go to the prospect store as you shut down the plaza one... my visit was well worth it as joyce looked after me very well...and I'm extremely happy with my service I got from my delivery people...especially the young lad I didnt get his name but he went above and beyond to help me tune in my TV....he also offered to help me if I got stuck with some things after he told me to ring him and he would talk me through so I could get it going....dint see many young ones with manners anymore....

Excellent online service - bit of a hiccup with the first delivery attempt but probably due to the tenant rather thans RR :)

I was promised a cashback on my purchase of the comp , turns out the salesman made a mistake , to get the cashback I now have to resign another contract over 24 months instead of the original 12 month plan I wanted. In other words that cashback program like everything else at Radio rentals is just another con job.After being a great and loyal customer I deserve better. It’s not the bloody $211.00 that concerns me is the salesman made a mistake and I have to end up paying for it. Never ever again will I purchase another item through Radio Rentals, you are a my great of an organisation and here’s me loyal for 50 years and what do I get nothing but crap. I told that Robert of this morning for not even advising me of the new events that had taken place, I had to ring him .

Quick to take your money and even quicker to send the repo guy if your a week late making a payment regardless if your always ahead. Interest is BS. DONT DO IT!!! There is always a better way when it comes to radio rentals!!!!!!!!! Made arrangements with store payment would be made this week. Repo guy knocked on the door yesterday for the fridge and washer and laptop. And get ready for it, repo guy even said he had to take the FREE powerboard that we got for signing up. Thanks to my giant puppy that wont let anyone in. Good luck radio rentals. Ill be long dead before you scumbags get anything else out of me.
