I have always had great service from Radio Rentals.
I know purchasing from them means the quality is there rather than some other websites that sell on behalf of a third party
If you need the help then they know what to tell you
Delivery was on time after phone call made

Went in to replace our computer that had suddenly died. The process was easy and I was surprised by the amount I was approved for which enabled me to get some accessories.
I hoped I would be able to obtain the goods I needed but was sceptical as I'm currently on maternity leave.
This was not a problem and I was able to get what I needed.

Unfortunately the wait to get approved instore took nearly two hours from start of application (getting all information) to final approval. This was very inconvenient as I had my young son with me that was hit and bothered being a very hot day as well as being tired and hungry. Luckily he was very good for me which helped but it could have been quite distressing if he wasn't behaving.

I understand there is some time needed in order to determine suitability however this amount of time seems excessive.

Would of been 5 stars but you didn't have the item in stock and had to get it from another store. Sure it only took a few days which was good but not 5 star worthy.

I still don't trust that I am about to pay $4000 for a $1600 fridge and the sales member didn't listen to what I needed but just kept trying to sell me the most expensive fridge and then also tried to sell me a couch, TV or vacumm

I was surprised as to how competitive their prices were and was impressed by the service both on purchase and delivery. Will be coming back again.

Bought a dining set for 299. One of the chairs had a short leg making the chair wobbly. Took it back and was told to go to cheap shop and buy rubber to solve the problem. I said that’s unacceptable then the barrage started. Was told when you come in here and buy cheap sh** that’s what you get so don’t come back and complain. Among other things. There were other customers in the store and at least 4 staff members. I was humiliated and offended to say the least. I was also offered another chair that was a different colour to the one I had. Needless to say I returned the whole set and got a refund

amazing service, free delivery and they even assembled the couch and took the rubbish free of charge!!!

I am not saying it was unacceptable,unreasonable or rude.(that is just the template that came up with 1 star)
What I will say is there is no cooling off period which I regret cause the day after getting a phone through them I realized I didn't actually want it and it will cost me 150% on top of the value of the phone.

When upgrading laptop, it was cheaper than what I had, So I was forced into getting another item as well. When I questioned why, all I got was “coz we can’t”.

I was able to look on line and compare price, quality and availability easily. I telephoned the local store and found out it was available to pick up immediately. The sales person was great even helping to load it into the back of the car.

I have always found the service at Radio Rentals to be precise, honest with out all the usual “sales routine” you get from other retail stores.
