It’s hard to even provide 1 star. I made 2 deposits, $49.99 and was charged $70 for each transaction. I was not informed of this fee of $20. I then after playing won $865.00. When I requested this I started to hit road blocks. They needed a month bank statement, with all transactions, then a utility bill, plus copies of my ID and bank card. This certainly was required for the deposit. Now I’m being told 7-10 days for review. It has been extraordinary frustrating trying to deal with this casino site. Bottom line- if your playing to make money- it’s a hassle

This platform is the most untrustworthy platform ever. I have been lied to multiple times by different agents on this platform. They aren’t consistent on what they tell you and will find anything or reason as to why they’re not processing your withdrawal request. Started playing this casino over a year ago. Had a time or two i was able to withdraw. If I go to a normal casino there’s only one verification needed and that is your ID. This online casino takes weeks upon weeks to process your withdrawal but want all sorts of unnecessary documents. They don’t go through a verification process when they take money out of your account. I was told had to go through all these different hoops to cash out and then once I did them they stated it would be approved in 14 days. Upon hitting the 14th day nothing if the process has changed and all they keep telling me is they will escalate it. I’m looking to create a class action lawsuit and track down the thieves who steal from players. Definitely gives fraudulent vibes

I am going to update to a 4 because I finally got paid. After you are verified (which is a process) you will get paid, it just takes forever (sometimes), but at the end of the day, this is one of the casinos that gives you a fair chance at winning a decent amount.

Update: 5 stars at first because I was getting paid. 1 star now because I won and have several withdrawals that are being delayed. Taking over a month 1 on approval. Then weeks and delays after approval. They wont work on other approvals until the last one is paid. I deposited daily but will get 1 payment a month.

Original review. Then play several casinos including social casinos. I have much better luck at Raging Bull. I can actually win there with their "no rules" bonus. They have paid me several times. It did take awhile and a lot of documents to get approved and another downfall is the length of time it takes to get paid 2 to 3 weeks. But at least you can actually win!
