Horrific experience. You cannot withdraw the money you win. They consistently state that I have to upload a credit card I don’t even own nor have I ever owned. They argued with me about that fact and then proceeded to tell me I had only used the card I don’t have since December of last year! They are crooks!

Stay away. They don't like to pay whenever you win. My theory is that they only allow you to win whenever you use a bonus code. This gives the illusion that you can win. Therefore, you start depositing money with them while you wait on your withdrawal. They're going to make you wait the full 10 "business" days to review your request. If you haven't deposited anything then it'll probably get denied. If you have and they think you will continue to do so, well, you're waiting another 10 days for it to be processed. Whether you actually receive the money depends on how much money they've made from you. That's where you'll see "term violations" and accounts being closed without explanation. It's a great scheme. Some Criminals actually do use their brains.

The absolute worst place I've ever played. Hands down. First and foremost, I was banned from this site, after being verified, and depositing multiple times. I was never given an explanation as to why, until I had opened a case on casino guru ( don't worry I'll write their review as well.) turns out, I was signed up under a false name, and provided false information. But, wait, how was I verified, allowed to deposit, and contact support multiple times, and it not be an issue until I attempted the only withdraw I was able to muster?
On top of that, my brother managed to somehow win 100$ here, took them 2 weeks to approve it. 2 weeks. 10 business days. To approve it. And tried to claim another 7-10 business days to actually release the money. He was in live chat every morning and night, talking to support going in circles, and being told the same information repeatedly, even though he had managed to talk to managers who assured him the case was escalated. Hours and hours of this. They finally released the money to him, probably cause they knew he wouldn't just let it go that easily.
Honestly, take the advice of nearly every single review of this place and stay away. They will do whatever they can to deny your withdraw, and if for some miracle they approve it, they'll make you wait nearly a month, to receive it. Don't do it. It really is as bad as it sounds. Save yourself the headache.

I should ALWAYS read reviews before I get on these sites! My fault there. I submitted a request for withdrawal yesterday. Upon doing so, I was told my bank needed to have a SWIFT code for the international transfer. They also needed the date my account was opened. Weird. Stupid me gives them all of that information anyway. Today I started a chat just to see how long it would take for the withdrawal to process. According to Ronald Grant, they could not use my bank. He suggested I use Citi Bank or Bank of America. He also said they needed my ID (fair, but isn’t that usually the first step in verification? Before being able to submit a withdrawal request? He also said that whichever bank I use, there has to be activity in the account, at least a $30 balance, and 15-20 transactions on the last statement. That SCREAMS scam to me. Not only am I out the almost $500 I tried cashing out, but also the $$ I put in. Thankfully, it wasn’t much on this particular site.

This company is an absolute SCAM. Do not use this website. I redeemed a coupon for 30 free spins, won $50, played the required $284 playthrough and was left with $100 after that. The maximum withdraw for the coupon was $100 and when I went to withdraw they told me I "played multiple free bonus games so I can't withdraw because its against our terms" I'm so glad I didn't spend a dime on this site. They'll take your money in a flash but won't payout. I hope this website gets shut down. What they're doing has to be illegal.

Hello, my fellow peers here is my honest review to be clear. I like gambling and I am in a position where I can gamble when I want. I have tried several times playing on this platform not only was it extremely difficult to deposit money. It was not clear that they charge a $10 fee to deposit money not only that I would deposit and within minutes the money would be gone no bonuses no play longer than 20 minutes. The customer service was OK but not great. Their FreePlay aspect or your comp points is just a load of bullshit. No pun intended they will give you free play, but you have to play through like four times the amount and then you’re only allowed to withdraw so much so i.e. they gave me 50 I was playing if I would have won let’s say $500 they would only allow me to take the 50. The platform is not easy to navigate nor could I find a lobby where you could see all the slots. There were only about five games that I had access to. I should’ve looked at trust pilot first before playing as I see. They’re already a one star, but to be perfectly honest, if I could’ve given them, no stars I would have. I will continue to play and give my honest reviews on all of these online gaming casinos so protect yourself and don’t fall into the trap of the money pit.

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT use this site. It is a major SCAM! I won 500$ and waited to weeks for the withdrawing of funds into my account just for them to deny it on the last day. They tried to say it was because I played a certain kind of slot that wasn’t allowed to be played.

This website is a scam. They will not process a withdrawal. They collect your personal information "to verify your identity" and then ghost you without paying the money that is rightfully owed. Better go somewhere else like lucky Bonanza whom is a reputable and legit website that pays out winnings.

They took 2000 dollar withdrawal I had. First off I tried to withdrawal all my winnings which was around 4 grand but couldn't but would not let me do but 2000 which is stupid. So I put in for the 2000 withdrawal and that was from that one games winnings on there bonus so the other money left over I played a blackjack game and was not aware that I couldn't play that one cause usually it will automatically not allow you to play a game with the restrictions pop they have. I lost 15 times straight hands in a row the remainder of the rest of the funds I couldn't withdrawal then I get a message saying my first 2000 dollar withdrawal was denied because I played the blackjack game that really was misleading and unfair.
