TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
My experience was terrible and I found your position absurd. I bought the tickets yesterday and made mistake with the dates and in less than 10 minutes I sent a corretion request.
Based on your response. it's clear you have no intention of helping customers and only think about the commercial side and how to make money. This change wouldn't cause you any harm,but you prefeered to focus sosely on the money.
Once again, this position fron the company is regrettable.

Avoid like the plague. Absolute scammers pretending to be the rail company themselves. Their contact us function on their website is completely useless and their ticket protection is another scam, they refused to refund me unless I paid a 50 Euro penalty. I have reported the scam to my credit card company so hopefully they will fix this injustice.

Absolute rip off. They charge double what you would pay on a direct Deutsche Bahn website and worse their tickets are non-changeable or cancellable. Go directly to Deutsche Bahn if you need tickets for travel in Germany

No Tickets, No Clear Response After 24+ Hours
I am leaving this review because I still have not received a proper response from customer support after more than 24 hours.
My payment was successfully charged, but I have not received my tickets. I do not know whether the booking is confirmed, I cannot retrieve the tickets, and I have no clarity about whether I will receive them or be refunded.
This situation is extremely stressful, especially when travel plans depend on confirmed tickets. I expected faster and clearer assistance.
At this point, I am still waiting for a solution.

My train journey was cancelled and as soon as I could I contacted Railclick and explained the situation, Karen gave me an option which was suitable and rebooked my trip within 72 hours of first contacting them.
