I was tricked by a look alike web site…
I was tricked by a look alike web site and no mention that i was on rail click. when i noticed my mistake i went to cancel and the fee was $150.00 of the $410.00 charge. I called my cc people and they helped me. Today a friend called who I travelled with before but who is not going on this trip and she was billed the $410.00 on her United cc. I don't know how they pulled this off but they are most certainly not to be trusted.
Also, their website looked exactly like the website I was looking for. I didn't know I used them until I got a confirmation notice. THEY ARE SNEAKY & CROOKED

Excellent ”Contact Us” pages and fast communication.

Fast reply and situation solved!
Third Party Scam - Avoid
Booked through the site for Eurostar, realised I'd made an error with dates and tried to contact their customer service immediately - the phone line kept going to dial tone, and their online form kept giving an error code 403 (meaning the website had blocked me from sending the request through). Checked the prices as well and have been charged well over the price of the tickets direct on the Eurostar website. Best to avoid and always go direct. Shocking that this service even exists - its just a scam.
A Huge Scam
Systematic scam behaviour – posing under “Eurostar” branding and zero support.
This is not an isolated mistake — it is clearly a pattern. Read recent Google reviews.
Like multiple other reviewers, I booked through this website believing it to be an official Eurostar service due to the site branding and browser tab wording. During the booking process, the travel date was switched to the following day without clear warning, resulting in an accidental booking for the wrong date.
When I arrived at the station, Eurostar staff tried to help but immediately told me they could not assist because the ticket had been booked through a third-party reseller. I was advised to contact RailClick directly.
That was impossible. I called the phone number provided in the booking confirmation multiple times. It only connects to an automated Spanish message, with no way to speak to a human or receive help. There is effectively no customer support at all.
Because of this, I was forced to buy a brand-new ticket directly from Eurostar in order to travel, paying close to £400 for a one-way journey.
Reading other reviews here, it is obvious this company:
- Presents itself as Eurostar when it is not
- Uses a booking flow that causes date “errors”
- Becomes unreachable once payment is taken
- Leaves customers stranded and out of pocket
This behaviour is a scam. Avoid this company entirely. Book directly with the actual train operator.
I mistakenly booked my euro rail trip…
I mistakenly booked my euro rail trip which we had planned for 28 December 2026 and entered 28 January 2026 as my booking date. Realising my error I cancelled the tickets but did not realise there was a no refund policy up to 7 days before the trip. There was significant cost involved just over €1,300 . When I contacted the customer service representative Jezhael Oritz today he was a breath of fresh air and he managed to process a refund. I had feared the worse but got a fantastic result.

This compay is a scam
This compay is a scam. They create a website which looks like the official one (I was looking for Trenitalia and arrived on their scammy website that actually uses the official Trenitalia logo!!!) They debited my account twice on top of taking their handling fees. I hope I'll get my extra payment back and I hope my tickets are real. I am furious this is allowed!!
Prompt Communication from Customer Support Team
Customer Support Team was very prompt with their replies and the information they provided was helpful.
Support
Had issues with on line booking But I got a lot of support and understanding. Thank you
BAD customer service
I had booked a return journey from Seville to Cadiz for the 30/10/25 last but the all outward trains to Cadiz were cancelled because of flooding on the track. I tried very hard to get a refund but to no avail. Renfe even denied that the train was cancelled. My dealings with Rail Click were worse than bad. My advice, book directly with train companies.
