Signed up to play free spins as advertised to find out they are not free. £10 was taken, followed by another £10. Contacted customer support who refused to pay money back. Had to put a block via my bank who advised me documents and information rainbow riches were requesting should not be given.

I won once at the start(about 4 or more yrs ago) and haven't won anything worth withdrawing since. But I keep trying, that's the gambler in me. If you're signing up for the first time, go for it but when you win, leave and don't go back expecting the same result because it won't happen. Terrible casino, shocking.

After watching my wife play one of their games on another app and believing it look fun, I opened an account with the actual Rainbow Riches site.

I opened the app once and played one of the free games quick and then left it for the next morning to play properly. I went to open the app and was told my account had been closed and to contact customer support.

They told me I had breached the T&C's and permanently closed my account and could not provide further details. I asked about my deposit being refunded and was told it would be fully refunded. I asked for the relevant department to be contacted and email me what I had supposedly done and then the chat assistant (Lee W) turned rude. Told me they would not and don't have to tell me what I had done and then implied I knew I had been doing something dishonest.

When asked to supply complaint details he denied his comments and gave all the "we have a right, as a company" blah blah.

Probably the worst online casino I have ever used. Played £120 in £20 increments on fishing frenzy and got 0 bonuses on 20p spins, I think that says it all. Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with, deposited fine then when to withdraw they suspended my account saying I was registered with gamstop, even though I never have been even when gamstop told them I was not registered, still won't pay out!

Have to put in a star. Would not have given any. I won £125. But when i checked my stake had gone back in. They claim as i lost connection my stake dropped out. Even though i saw it go in.. what a scam.. im out. I would rather throw my money in the gutter.. hmm same thing.

My partner paid in £20 and got bonus spins. After a while of playing she had built up a balance of over £300. There was then some kind of glutch and her balance fell to £5. She has spoken to them on Web chat and they told her she hadn't played that day! Bloody con-artists! We will be reporting our concerns to the gaming commission!
