Opened up the site, was able to deposit 70, made a withdrawal of 10 and 40, 10 came in and 40 bounces back to account, account then closed. Contacted Customer Service, was told to ring a number for enhanced checks, been on hold for 40 minutes! Never had anything like this with other sites before, just uploaded my ID and I was all good. Will give higher stars once and if the issue is resolved.

Won £150 and refused to pay out absolutely a scam would stay away from them also trying to take money from my account when I didn't even try deposit it's a scam stay well clear I am going to the local papers a will have them all over the place so nobody else has this happen to them

When we find out they are fraud in us they close our accounts. Ive played and played this site no winnings at all just taking money!!! Never againn!!!

I turned a small deposit into a large win - they are now refusing to pay out for no good reason - I am taking legal action to recover the monies.

Absolutely shocking site!!! I have only registered today, deposited £10 and won a few games. My balance was just over £18 when my game crashed! I logged back in to find that my balance was now just over £6!!!! After speaking very politely with 2 chat agents they have closed my account for 6 months and say there is no evidence of me winning any games!!! I will definately not let this go. Its the principle! I won that money and they have taken it from me! Get ready for a few arguments cos I wi keep going until this is resolved! It's not about the £12 it's the fact that hardworking people and playing to relax and be entertained for a few hours on a weekend and then are made out to be some kingly of scrounging criminal for wanting what is rightly theirs! So I recently put in just under £1000 today and nothing back. The biggest win I got returned was £180 after putting in £600 to get it. It used to be a good site at the start then it has just gone down hill. I have had many restrictions for no reason at all. Then I put a restriction on myself for 1 month so this month the restriction was lifted and because I didn't play its decided to Rob me blind. Absolutely shocking AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. My account t has been suspended for no reason and with no explanation by rainbow riches. They advised me to contact my bank as they accused my bank of suspending my account.

Spoke to bank who advised they have nothing to do with this matter. Spoke again to rainbow riches who again tried to blame my bank.

After spending quite a bit of money on this app. And today being the day for the monthly picks which I spent a month ensuring I got every day only to be told that I will loose this because nobody can help me.

Deleted my original 5 star due to now knowing the truth. When you first start playing it will give you good wins to get you hooked then it is impossible to win so if it gives you 5 days on the trot without being up then block yourself from the site cause it will take every win you had back plus hundreds more

It was a good casino to start off. Reasonable win etc. Then one day about 2 months ago started to keep losing. Just thought a bad streak. Then once I was down about £2000 then put restrictions on my account. So I thought ok I was just playing the free game etc. Then today just closed my account all for no reason. But also closed my monopoly casino account as well. Just seems to me these companies wait still you are so much down then close your account or put restrictions so you can not win any of your money back. How can any of this be fair when you have done nothing wrong. I will be reporting this company/group as just legalising theft is my opinion
