Completely underwhelming chicken. Lacked basic seasoning. One word to describe would be bland. Lackluster fries. Something you can get in the frozen section of the market. Poor excuse for "texas toast... See more

Ate at the new Raising Canes on Gulf…

Ate at the new Raising Canes on Gulf the Bay Blvd in Clearwater, FL. 1st time eating at one. Long wait in line due to the Grand Opening but the food was so absolutely worth it!!!!! The food was delicious!!!! The chicken was piping hot, NOT GREASY! tasty and flavorful with just enough Southern style homemade breading! The Cole slaw had a great taste! Krinkle fries were perfect! And I, who am not a bread eater, ate every bite of the delicious, buttery tasting Texas Toast! Food is made to order so always fresh! Restaurant was clean and inviting. Great 1st time experience for me! Loved it!!!

I just ate at the new cane's last night during grand opening in clearwater florida. I receivd the wrong order, the soda tasted watered down and the fries were terrible. I will not eat there again. I also spent 30 minutes in the drive thru. Terrible experience.

This place is horrible ordered $80 worth of food got food poisoning due to undercooked chicken. I was on the toilet for days holding a trash can puking. The company did not refund us or make it right or apologize. Absolutely disgusted do not eat here unless you want bad service and to get sick. The Killeen location in TX and surrounding areas are unsanitary and just don't care.

SWRailroad Hammond La Raising canes…I didn’t danced this visit 😐

SWRailroad Hammond La Raising canes food tonight was horrible. The fries were warm and limp not hot at all. I live 8minutes away from this restaurant and never received bad warm food. My food is always hot. 23 dollars and some change for 2 meals is horrible. I’m usually wiggling and humming while chewing but not this time. Every bite I have complained. Please do better

I ordered a 25 piece chicken

I ordered a 25 piece chicken. They told me to wait at the Canes Number 1 waiting area. 20 minutes went by then I went and waited in line to ask about my order. They said they were counting at this time. I must have seen 30 people get there order by this time. They missed my order some how. I have people waiting for me to eat. No apologies were give. The girl who finally brought my order didn't seem to know how long I was waiting. She said Dylan was the manager. The manager needs to come out to me and apologies.

Last Saturday I saw the manager at the South Carrollton location in New Orleans, La get her hair braided while they were on the clock, the line in the drive thru was long, there was no tea or lemonade made. Now I understand while that location is always hiring people, the management team is not professional at all.

This was only the second time to visit

This was only the second time to visit, the first time was wonderful!! This time was absolutely terrible. The wait was ridiculous in the drive thru, the toast wasn't good, it was dry and cold, last time it was warm buttery goodness...the Cole slaw tasted old, but the chicken was good. That is the only good thing I can say. And the website times was wrong, and the local menu did not match up with the website menu. I doubt I will ever be back

Love Cane's...stopped by today at the Polaris store in Columbus, OH. Ordered 2 fingers, fries and drink. Chicken was Luke warm and mostly breading, fries were cold and ALL tiny pieces. I come to Cane's frequently and have never had a bad meal...until today. Was pretty disappointed since it was a drive-thru. I only drove about 3 minutes before eating. It was like I needed a spoon (literally!!) to eat the fries with ketchup. Will come back but if I get another meal like today, I may re-think it.

I love Raising Canes anyway

I love Raising Canes anyway. It’s good comfort food. Today we had a delightful visit to the restaurant on Georgia Street in Amarillo, Texas. The manager was high energy and friendly. He was very attentive to customers, calling them by name and anticipating what they might need. This leadership kept the energy high for the rest of the staff. Several staff members came by our table to check on us. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and well trained! It was a delightful experience.

Eh. Probably won’t go back

Eh. I got the 3 pc meal. Chicken strips were huge. But, meat was wet and soft. Too much tenderizizing? Coating is what saved it. Crispy and not greasy at all. Fries were uneventful. Toast was under toasted. Coke was great

Went through the drive for our lunch at…

Went through the drive for our lunch at the cane’s on hwy 249 Tomball Pkwy. Workers at the drive thru window we’re rude as hell. Your nice and saying please and thank you and they just stare at you with no reply. I paid for a side of fries and a cane’s sauce and 2 orders of the 4 box combo and in stead of my sauce being in the bag it was in one of the box combos. When I reversed and told the person at the window she snatched the bag out of my hand and said it’s in there and I said where. She gave the bag to a lady wearing a blue shirt and she almost ran back to the window and the box hit the corner of the window cracked the corner of the box yelled at me and said it’s right there inside the box combo. I told her it’s a side it shouldn’t be in a there where I have to touch someone else’s food to get it out. And all she said was well I said remake my the box you cracked she rolled her eyes at me and shook her head. Every time I go there there’s a problem with attitudes. I spend money on our food it’s not free. My side of fries were cold!!!!

Fraudulent orders made on app & wouldn’t do anything about it.

My account had 2 fraudulent orders made within an hour of each other in a complete different state than I live, and both the stores “couldn’t do anything about it” and gave the food to the frauds anyway. I know I have to handle this with my bank, but to knowingly hand over food without checking ID or something when you know it’s fraudulent is ridiculous. And changing my password and privacy/security settings on the app didn’t work after the first fraudulent order was made, so a second fraudulent order occurred. Is there not a need to add FaceID or a CVV on this app? I am canceling my account and will not be returning to order online or from another Cane’s location again. What a terrible system especially knowing this is occurring and allowing it anyway.
