Completely underwhelming chicken. Lacked basic seasoning. One word to describe would be bland. Lackluster fries. Something you can get in the frozen section of the market. Poor excuse for "texas toast... See more

Surprise
Surprise, Surprise!!!!!!!
How much smaller can the chicken get. We have been ordering for years but I don’t think anymore. There are other chicken places that there is actually some chicken there to eat. We will miss the taste but life is full of disappointment and changes. Chic filet here we come😋😋😋
Raising Canes gave me the worst stomach…
Raising Canes gave me the worst stomach ache and the runs. Holy hell was it greasy never eating there again. Service was kind and good but the chicken wasn't good very dry and I also didn't get another piece of Texas toast I ordered.
How many times do I order an extra Cane…
How many times do I order an extra Cane sauce, get charged for it, and end up without? A lot. And every time I wonder why I go back.
DANICAAAAAAA!!!

She slayed the button pushing magic that created the experience of my mouth exploding with that tasty southern flavor.

This review is for the Crystal Lake
This review is for the Crystal Lake, IL restaurant. Their menu is extremely limited to chicken fingers only. Ordered the chicken fingers which had gristel when I bit into it. Absolutely tasteless ... no spices used to flavor the chicken fingers. I asked for the fries extra crispy, and got fries that were wobbly when I picked them up ... not cooked to order. The coleslaw had no taste. The Texas bread tasted like bread dough ... not baked. My suggestion is to go to KFC, Chik-Fil-A, or Culver's if you want your food to taste good.

over charged my card & wouldn’t give money back. left my sauce out of the bag and i payed for it
Waste of time!!!
Since the pandemic, we had been waiting for the restaurant to open back up. Called and they said they were open. Checked google maps and they were marked as dine in and drive thru. Got there to find the doors locked at 3:30 in the afternoon. There were 8-10 cars in the parking lot. That would indicate a fair number of employees, since it wasn't customers. So why were they drive thru ONLY? Life is moving on. Open your doors and move on!
Chicken was greasy
Chicken was greasy, fries were cold, toast was soggy. Would I go back, probably not.
I went to the Eagan canes and they were…
I went to the Eagan canes and they were closed 2 HOURS before they were actually supposed to. I’ve never experienced this. It is 10:30 and they are supposed to close at 12 AM. This is ridiculous.
Just tried Raising Canes for the first…
Just tried Raising Canes for the first time. They have always been so busy and I never wanted to wait. Chicken pieces were very small. Fries not good, certainly not tasty. Expected the bread to be good but it was cooked on one side with absolutely no taste. This was an expensive meal for what I received. Going back to my favorite place, Popeyes! This was at Alexandria, Louisiana location.
Only good thing is the sauce
Their special sauce is the only thing they’re probably popular for. I’ve eaten Raising Canes on several occasions and I can say for a fact that the chicken is just dry paper without the sauce itself. Burgers taste mediocre. The bread is alright.
A+ Quality
Quality is on point. Yes, the strips vary in size but the taste is always there. Fresh and juicy every time I visit!
Raising Canes in Westmont
Raising Canes in Westmont, IL
My first and will be my only time at any, I chose the 3 strip meal and was asked soft drink or lemonade I chose Lemonade and was not told it cost more when I got my meal I thought it was a kids meal I never saw strips that small. Nothing special at Raising Canes at all and I will never be back to get ripped off again
I was in the Raising canes in Mishawaka…
I was in the Raising canes in Mishawaka In on 4/19/21 and when I took my second bite out of the chicken I bit into something that shattered and broke my front tooth clear down to the bone. I filed a complaint with them and they turned it over to their insurance company only to be called a liar because whatever was in the chicken I swallowed and nearly choked on it while driving. I don’t need their money to pay for this but they need to be held accountable.
As the years have passed
As the years have passed, the Chicken Strips have become Chicken Nuggets. Last purchase of 4-piece Combo Box, I had to search for the "strips" hiding within the box: 4 Strips Now = 2 Strips from bygone days. NOT a bargain, anymore.
Great value for what you pay
Great value for what you pay - I always leave full with the 4-piece box combo. Ability to substitute in a toast in lieu of cole slaw makes it all the more appealing on my end. And of course, the 5-star Cane's sauce.
The Raising Cane’s here in my town is…
The Raising Cane’s here in my town is excellent with customer service, but horrible with food service. For the 3rd time I have gone to the Raising Canes on S. Ft. Hood St., I have encountered an issue. The first time they forgot my fries, the 2nd time, they made me walk inside the building to pay because I was using Apple Pay, even though I was not forewarned I could not use it at the drive thru window for payment, and the 3rd time, I ordered lemonade and received a liquid that was supposed to be lemonade, but was clear like water and tasted like lemon water with a dash of sugar! Never again!
