The content is less but the given activities are unique

The activities and tips given by mentor is nice but try to give more activities videos and I appreciate the keen eye activity. The content is less in 6 days program

Total scam

Total scam. I paid ₹649 expecting a real program, but all I got was a basic webinar designed only to upsell their so-called “21-day program” for another ₹8,000. The initial purchase is nothing but bait to lure you in.

This is a marketing gimmick — they advertise value upfront but deliver nothing but promises.

Save your money. There are far better, more credible resources available online for free. Raising Superstars is nothing but a cleverly packaged upsell trap.

Paid 500 for marketing gimmicks

Charging Rs. 500 for introductory/beginner program promising that they will teach the booster method. All they do in this webinar is sell their bigger product. Have you ever gone to a Mangal Bazar? Som Bazar? It’s same. He will start the pricing with 325000, then will reduce it to 35000, then to 29000 and believe me then to 19000. A Stanford pass out showing cheap gimmicks. Really disappointed.

Dear Rupal,

We would like to address your “recent update” for the clarity of all readers.

1. Our representative, Danesh, spoke with you to understand your concerns and outlined that your refund request would undergo internal review. At no point was a refund confirmed or committed in writing.
2. As subsequently communicated, the refund was declined because you had already accessed the Surge program (Week 0), and as per our long-standing policy, refunds are not possible once a program has been started or even when it is activated.
3. We regret if there was any misunderstanding, but alleging “fake promises” or “deception” is factually incorrect and misrepresents the professionalism of our team.

Our policies are transparent, documented, and applied equally to every parent, irrespective of the situation. To suggest otherwise undermines the trust of thousands of families who benefit daily from our programs.

While we empathize with your dissatisfaction, using negative reviews as leverage for financial reimbursement is neither constructive nor acceptable. We encourage you to continue engaging with the programs you purchased, which remain accessible to you, so your child may benefit fully from them.

Raising Superstars exists solely to support parents and children in their early years of growth. We remain committed to fairness, transparency, and delivering value to every family who chooses to be part of our community.

Worthy investment for the first year of life

I think the program is sturctured very well and all the videos are short , simple and easy to follow and can help the child in their growth. What didnt work for me was my child had already started to run and speak and many things he knew and I was looking for a little more challenging and advanced programs. This one is best before 1 year. And yes the price is also a little high.!

Signed up and instantly regretted it.

Signed up and instantly regretted it.
Non-stop robot calls, continually pestering me to join a webinar that isn't at the time it claims to be, constant pressure to post videos of my baby to strangers.
They have a chatbot that claims to be a real person, which is creepy and unethical.
The course content is sust long sales pitches with the only “advice” being things like “talk to your baby.”

I formally requested a full refund and for my personal data to be deleted under UK GDPR. Despite this, they are still contacting me via robot calls and WhatsApp messages. This is not only disrespectful, it may be a breach of data protection law.

Transformative Early‑Learning Journey with Real Results

I enrolled in the Raising Superstars program a few months ago for my 2-year-old, and it’s been a very positive experience. The daily 5-minute activities are easy to follow and don’t feel like a chore. What stood out to me is how grounded the program is no screens, no overwhelming material, just small, structured tasks that actually help develop key skills.

Within a few weeks, I noticed improvements in my child’s speech, attention span, and confidence. The content is well-researched, and the support from the team has been prompt and helpful whenever needed.

While the pricing might feel a bit high at first, the value becomes clear as you go through the modules. If you’re looking for good program to support your child’s early development, this is definitely worth trying. 100% recommeded!

Effective programs

I had purchased Raising superstars Prodigy Mastery program for my 1.5yr old boy and it was amazing. The activities are fun and simple. I have seen a boost in my boy's confidence, curiosity, and focus. And the best part it is without screen time for kid. Being a working mom, it is definitely effective.

This is a fraudulent Organization who is playing with parents emotions and money. During market pitch their sales team gives false commitment for have curated and personalised learning material and activities for my kid. Few points
1. As per sales representative she was selling Rs 35000 worth program in Rs 20000…I was not her friend
2. Sales team made false commitment of having Curated and personalised learning program , just after receiving rs 20000 in next 12 hrs instance changed and same sales personal mentioned that it is standard programs as per child age group
3. When I asked it is against the sales commitment, she mentioned let’s hear recorded calls….she never came back
4. Sales contact person stopped picking up my call, however during sales pitch she used to call me multiple times every day
5. When I u asked my money refund , their sales and support executive called my from their per all number by saying this call is recorded and that recording can be given to me….just to avoid call being recorded on companies numbers they were calling me from personal number
6..I was told that there is no refund policy , only option is either take the program or forget money
7. I dropped 5 emails to support teams with multiple questions but diet get answer except refund is not possible
8 this org is making fool of parents and palying in market on the name of toddlers bright future

Dear Bhavna,

Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with your description of the events.

At Raising Superstars, we pride ourselves on transparent communication and ethical practices. In your case, our team had introduced multiple program options to you, including our Flagship Prodigy Launchpad, which you found compelling but chose not to proceed with due to its pricing. Instead, you opted for a mid-tier program with clearly outlined features, pricing, and scope - all of which is also transparently listed on our website, and was duly delivered to you (as acknowledged by you in your mail communication with us).

You wanted features of our Flagship Launchpad program to be included in your purchase at no additional cost. However, we clearly told you that it was not possible to do so.

We do not think it is ethical or fair to use negative reviews as leverage to demand additional benefits from us. It does not align with fair use or responsible community feedback. It is also not fair to the rest of our parent community who invest in these offerings in good faith.

We have, nonetheless, extended multiple support touch-points - going above and beyond - to help you derive the full value from your current program. While we absolutely welcome constructive feedback, we must also be firm in upholding fairness and consistency across all customers. Thousands of families across the globe continue to benefit from our programs exactly as they are designed, and we take great pride in that consistency and the results they achieve.

Thank you for your feedback. We remain committed to fairness, transparency, and excellence for you and for every parent choosing to be part of the Raising Superstars community.

Please feel free to reach out to us if we can offer you additional help in your parenting journey.

Warm regards,

Company is sketchy and won’t stop calling

This company is insane. They call me every second day from a different number (I’ve blocked each one and they’ll continue calling) as well as send WhatsApp messages which, again, I’ve blocked the numbers for. They cannot take a hint and just stop calling. I read awful reviews including how much of a scam it basically is based on what they charge/what you gat, so I decided not to move forward with a subscription, but they’ll still desperately contact people.

We are deeply sorry and sincerely apologize for the highly disruptive and frustrating experience you've had with our outreach.
Please allow us to explain a significant error that occurred on our end. We were in the midst of implementing a new system, and due to an unfortunate configuration oversight, calls were being dispatched automatically without proper consideration for varying time zones and contact preferences outside the US time zone. This was a technical error on our part, and we truly regret the distress and inconvenience it has caused you. We can absolutely see why it would feel like we were not taking a hint, and for that, we are genuinely sorry.
Please rest assured that our team has identified and taken immediate, comprehensive steps to rectify this system issue. We have implemented safeguards to ensure that such automated and excessive outreach does not occur again, regardless of location or previous contact.

No Fix for Their Ongoing Auto-Renewal Scam

You know a company is dodgy when they don’t even bother telling you they’re about to take your money for a subscription renewal. Like many others, I was charged by Raising Superstars without any prior warning or notice of an auto-renewal I didn’t agree to. This isn’t just a one-time oversight—it’s a shady practice they consistently use, as many others have complained about the exact same issue in their reviews here.

Most reputable companies at least send a reminder before charging you—that's basic customer service. Instead, Raising Superstars takes advantage of their customers, relying on auto-renewals without transparency or proper communication. What's worse, despite so many complaints from customers, they still haven’t addressed or fixed this issue.

After much back-and-forth and delays, they finally agreed to cancel my subscription and process a refund, but only after I mentioned Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which protects consumers from unauthorized charges and misleading practices.

If you’re thinking about using their services, be warned: this company has a pattern of questionable business practices, and they aren’t addressing this recurring problem.

On a personal note, I hope there’s a special place in hell for people who con hardworking parents out of their money, especially those of us who only want what’s best for our kids. It’s appalling to see a company take advantage of families like this.

We understand that any unexpected charges can be concerning, and we want to assure you that transparency and integrity are at the core of how we operate.
We've reviewed your account and would like to clarify that your enrollment is indeed linked to our subscription-based plan. During the initial registration process, you would have selected the auto-debit option as your preferred payment method, authorizing recurring charges for continuous access to our program's valuable content and resources. This is a standard and legitimate practice for subscription services, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted learning experience for parents. Please be assured that there has been no fraudulent activity on our part; these charges align with the terms agreed upon during your sign-up. Our team is committed to addressing all cancellation requests efficiently and will process yours without delay.
