Company is sketchy and won’t stop calling

This company is insane. They call me every second day from a different number (I’ve blocked each one and they’ll continue calling) as well as send WhatsApp messages which, again, I’ve blocked the numbers for. They cannot take a hint and just stop calling. I read awful reviews including how much of a scam it basically is based on what they charge/what you gat, so I decided not to move forward with a subscription, but they’ll still desperately contact people.

We are deeply sorry and sincerely apologize for the highly disruptive and frustrating experience you've had with our outreach.
Please allow us to explain a significant error that occurred on our end. We were in the midst of implementing a new system, and due to an unfortunate configuration oversight, calls were being dispatched automatically without proper consideration for varying time zones and contact preferences outside the US time zone. This was a technical error on our part, and we truly regret the distress and inconvenience it has caused you. We can absolutely see why it would feel like we were not taking a hint, and for that, we are genuinely sorry.
Please rest assured that our team has identified and taken immediate, comprehensive steps to rectify this system issue. We have implemented safeguards to ensure that such automated and excessive outreach does not occur again, regardless of location or previous contact.

No Fix for Their Ongoing Auto-Renewal Scam

You know a company is dodgy when they don’t even bother telling you they’re about to take your money for a subscription renewal. Like many others, I was charged by Raising Superstars without any prior warning or notice of an auto-renewal I didn’t agree to. This isn’t just a one-time oversight—it’s a shady practice they consistently use, as many others have complained about the exact same issue in their reviews here.

Most reputable companies at least send a reminder before charging you—that's basic customer service. Instead, Raising Superstars takes advantage of their customers, relying on auto-renewals without transparency or proper communication. What's worse, despite so many complaints from customers, they still haven’t addressed or fixed this issue.

After much back-and-forth and delays, they finally agreed to cancel my subscription and process a refund, but only after I mentioned Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which protects consumers from unauthorized charges and misleading practices.

If you’re thinking about using their services, be warned: this company has a pattern of questionable business practices, and they aren’t addressing this recurring problem.

On a personal note, I hope there’s a special place in hell for people who con hardworking parents out of their money, especially those of us who only want what’s best for our kids. It’s appalling to see a company take advantage of families like this.

We understand that any unexpected charges can be concerning, and we want to assure you that transparency and integrity are at the core of how we operate.
We've reviewed your account and would like to clarify that your enrollment is indeed linked to our subscription-based plan. During the initial registration process, you would have selected the auto-debit option as your preferred payment method, authorizing recurring charges for continuous access to our program's valuable content and resources. This is a standard and legitimate practice for subscription services, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted learning experience for parents. Please be assured that there has been no fraudulent activity on our part; these charges align with the terms agreed upon during your sign-up. Our team is committed to addressing all cancellation requests efficiently and will process yours without delay.

Pretty disappointed with the auto renewal gimmick they play post the term-end. Very poor customer support and not so easy UI / UX. Also, seems like a high-overhead / incompetent support staff who cannot answer any query straight and keep twisting the facts in their favor. Highly discourage anyone from wasting money on this.

This company is a sham

This company is a sham. I paid $29 for the intro week. The “lesson” for day 1 was writing down what I wanted from the programme and watching the founder talk about how amazing he was. Seriously?! Later lessons included talking to baby and singing to them. These are not groundbreaking. The webinar was access to a discount on the bigger programme, which is thousands of dollars. I feel conned and want my money back. DO NOT BUY!

Total scam

Total scam. I did an impulsive buying one year back, and asked them to refund my money.
But they did not refund the money, and now this year they have again charged my card. I dont know how they are accessing my card. Also, there is no option in their app to cancel the membership.

The program includes 7 total very basic exercises (such as talking to your baby, singing to your baby, playing with bubbles). These are already things that parents do instinctually with their kids. They say the most important part of the curriculum is a live webinar, which is basically a selling tool (they will try to sell you flash cards for $300, in addition to additional programs). Total scam!!

It’s like a timeshare presentation you have to pay for. The content is not great and he talks in circles, spending most of the time trying to sell $300 flash cards. We’re frustrated at how little value we got for the $30 intro. Practically throwing away money.

It is a scam

It is a scam. Waste of time and money. The founder treats parents like they are not very smart individuals. Says the same thing over and over again in a poor 1h or so sales pitch.

It is a total scam

It is a total scam. They fail to provide a minimum service. Shallow content. Poor interaction and no on line support service during the supposed to be live webinar which leads to think it is actually recorded. And I think they know and it is by design. Since after too complains of lack of support with evidence they did not change a thing. This is a shame coz they leverage on the most relevant thing for a parent. The love for their kids. As they will read this review I hope they will give to this a thought. Parents make effort to support their children even beyond their possibilities and they take advantage of that. During Prodigy basics, I fell on their offer of Prodigy Surge course with 950USD. Then I realized how bad was their service and requested the refund before starting the new course. They refused to provide refund after several interactions with me giving evidence of them failing to provide support. Stay away and spread the word so other parents do not fall in the trap.

Total scam

I agree - totally a scam. You pay $30 to listen to a sales pitch.

I’ll save you some cash. The two things he says is to talk to your baby and listen to them; and to sing to them at different volumes (regular and whisper). That isn’t worth a dime, never mind $30.

5 day prodigy framework is a scam

The 5 day prodigy framework is a waste of time and money, I learned nothing and wasted a lot of time listening to him marketing his work and urging me to post videos of myself and my child in his community. Total scam

Fraud product

I took 5 days program in which he did all marketing of his raising supertar and prodigy baby thing he runs, that too by paying INR 500 with few basic 1-2 things then I thought I will get something better and purchased 7000 program as this guy says that he met bill gates, and learnt parenting from him. Being a father I fell in his trap as everyone loves the child and people like him are looting money from parents like me. But I got nothing few simple things and sets of cards with no quality, total crap.

He is nothing but just a fake person, husband and wife are fooling others

Do not waste your 500 too for such cheap marketing
