Guys please never order Rakhi through Rakhi bazaar.This is fraud.They charged you in $ dollars and deliver any random cheap Rakhi. You cannot chase them either they switched off the phone or they put you in queue and after a while they disconnect the phone. My order no is RB-340468193850 and am very upset with this cheat.

Worst experience

I have ordered Rakhi for my Brother in Belgium with order number [RB-314806932320#314806]. In the tracking system, it says delivered but it is not delivered yet. Rakshabandhan is on 15th Aug and I ordered it 20 days before to get it delivered on time. SHAME on you RAKHI BAZAR who play with the sentiments. I have called 4 times, every time some random girl take the call, sympathize with me and say I will get this resolved soon madam and then nobody gives a DAMM.

Nobody cares to inform, nobody tries to resolve. Please shut this portal if you can 't do what you promise. I would please request you to get this delivered so that my brother gets the Rakhi.AND if you are unable to do so at least have some process fix and notify me.

pathetic worse what not to say, rakhi was suppose to be delivered on 25th August 2018 however it is not delivered yet today is 4th september. niether they are answering the calls nor emails.

I ordered for deliveries of Rakhi and sweets to India at 3 different loactions in delhi and was promised delivery on 25th August, one day before Rakhi. I paid the whole amount and was hoping all will be good.
I was stunned and battered to pieces when Rakhi was delivered on 27th August - one day after Rakhi and that too by a shabbily dressed person, paddling on bicycle carrying crushed cheap quality poly bags with Rakhi, sweets and dry fruits which you would not be happy to even touch leave apart consuming it.
My reputation was degraded in front of my relatives & family and they thought i must have requested some cheap courier company to deliver the goods, though i had requested it on website from UK!
Please don't use Rakhibazaar, its best to apologize to your relatives of not sending anything that using this cheap service.

These guys first chase up for payment when they find an undecided customer and then for about a week no communication or updates. When the Rakshi was not delivered till evening on 25/08/2018 - I called up their service desk number which is not answered. Then traced up the courier company TCCS who confirm that the parcel is at Singapore Immigration for the last 2 days and did not bother to either followup or send an update. Now it cannot be delivered before next week after the actual "Rakhashabandhan" occasion.

These guys do not value the importance of the occasion and call themselves "RakhiBazzar.com"

Never use their services. Tried calling them again today on a weekday - not answered.

I ordered 2 rakhi sets - one for my brother and bhabhi in Dubai and one for my brother and bhabhi in India. Both orders delivered wrong. And absolutely no sense of ownership what so ever. Pathetic and Horrible. Will never use this website again and will never recommend it for sure. Also we do not like any Idols on Rakhis and I make sure not to chose it. So had a peacock thing going this year for my brothers and they sent one with a Mata / Devi on a Lumba for Dubai. This is disrespectful to our sentiments and definitely unacceptable. Never will I use this site again and no r will recommend it. Frauds.

Fake company, will steal your money. They will not deliver rakhi in the promised time. Customer care will provide you false information. Don't waste your money.

I ordered rakhi online from them as I stay in Canada and my brother stays in India. I ordered one month in advance and they failed to deliver. Horrible service, on top of that they do not reply to emails and they did not refund my money. Its a scam guys bevare!!!!

Had ordered rakhi for delivery but after 20 days still not delivered.

Such a lousy thing. I ordered a Rakhi to send it to Singapore on 1st Aug 2017. Rakhi was on 7th Aug. Today is 10th Aug 2017, Rakhi has not reached yet. Never order things from these frauds, they take consumer for granted. They are cheat, because there is a phone number given in the web site, for last three days, I get a single message, all our executives are busy. The irony is these thugs do not provide physical address also. Send an e mail , no reply yet. Disgusting
