I needed to reset my password and never receive an email with my link. When I tried to contact them using the online form on their website, I get a message that states that the form submission did not work and to try again. There is no way to contact them and I have no way to reset my password to login to my account. I am stuck. I have tried on multiple days thinking maybe there just was an issue with the website the first time. But no success.

Timely, many good retailers-would be glad to see more. Checks arrived in a timely manner. To save operating costs, I would accept a check/quarter.

I love the discounts and cash back, especially with options for Paypal and other cards. I wish there were some of the old vendors/retailers that used to be on, like Wal-mart. The app is not great and glitches a lot, takes time, and doesn't always register actions.

I've been a member of Rakuten USA and it's predecessor organizations that it bought or merged with, for years. My main issue is not that it doesn't work because it does. It's just that I very rarely buy premium products so many different things that I buy are still cheaper using other platforms directly with merchants. Other companies are purchase from, like Walmart or Amazon, aren't even listed as partners. What would be cool is the ability to buy gift cards or even credit card gift cards where you can use them anywhere, and still get a percentage back. That would solve the issue.

Takes so long to get credit for the % promised when ordered and so many times you do not get the % as it says not applicable for the purchase. It does not give you certain brands to choose from. I have stopped using it as much as I used to because I think they just collect info instead of paying. I moved to FETCH where I at least get the gift cards.

Always great to get cash back on purchases

I referred all my families to Rakuten, and since we live together, they closed all our accounts saying we violated their referring terms. There is $300+ in my account, and $100+ in my families' and now they refuse to give it back to us.

Just love this site. I hope they continue to add more vendors.

I feel the need to give credit to a company that deserves a little shout. I've had no issues with Rakuten and appreciate the kickback I get once in a while. I know it's not much but what other company is offering you money for nothing. None. I love Trustpilot And I get tired of just complaining. Plus I feel like nobody gives credit where credit is due. So whenever I see a company doing good by their clientele I'm going to start reviewing them also.

Great! Expectations met, as advertised.

I signed up for the referral program and then made an offline purchase at Tommy Hilfiger. The cashback for this purchase was confirmed and paid out. However, the $50 bonus for customer referrals was rejected without further explanation. When I wanted to write to support, I had to click through meaningless FAQs to eventually find a form. I wrote an email there, which was answered with the FAQs again, and was told to write again if my concern had not been resolved. I did so, only to be told to please wait longer because they were very busy. I then received an email saying that my request had been forwarded for clarification. A few days later, I received another reference to the FAQ with a request to close the ticket if I did not respond again. I cannot recommend Rakuten and will switch back to topcashback for now.

I use Rakuten when I shop on line. They really do give you cash back. I have been using them for years. Give them a try I think you will love them like I do.

I absolutely love using Rakuten. I was able to use my cash back as a gift card at Lowes and Kohls which was an incredibly flexible option.

I have access to a number of great stores with a variety of items that I like.

I had a recommendation from a family member for using this service for purchasing and getting cashbacks, plus for a big cashback after the 1st purchase for at least $50. So,I did! And I got mine, for using the app and using a reference. It came in the mail quickly!
