I would like to give a big shout out to Mazy at ur Dunfermline Branch. We received news in 2025 that no one ever wants to hear, after speaking with Mazy and going through the options, we managed to move our 2025 Holiday over to 2026, kept us up to date with travel plans/filghts. Myself and My Bestfriend of 50yrs can go and enjoy Nashville, Miami and our Caribbean Cruise, Thanks Mazy

Great price for holiday, great customer service

We have been using Ramsay World Travel for holidays for 20 plus years. Always been happy with advice and service provided.
On this occasion I dealt with Taylor and was particularly impressed with her efficiency, speed of response and customer skills.

I have been a bit of a pain , but the girls in Stirling have been great , nothing to much trouble , as a first time traveller they have made it very easy for me

I am writing to raise concerns regarding my recent holiday booked through Kirkcaldy Ramsay Travel. While your competitive prices initially attracted us, several aspects of our experience were disappointing.

When the issues in the Middle East arose we found your staff’s attitude on the phone unhelpful, and felt pressured to make immediate decisions without being offered alternatives.

We were initially told we were entitled to one free holiday change, however we were later informed that we had to pay £200 per person to adjust our flights.

We booked through your agency believing it would secure the best location. However, our accommodation in Phi Phi was only accessible by boat, meaning we had to pay for alternative accommodation while on holiday.

Additionally, a double room was requested for our stay at Hyatt Regency but upon arrival we were informed the hotel does not offer double beds so we had to stay in a twin room.

I hope this feedback is useful, and I would appreciate a response addressing these issues.

Booked this holiday with Dale at Ramsay Travel in Dundee, he was very informative, giving me lots of advice and details of the holiday I was interested in, I was very happy with this and also the price, highly recommended

Calum from Dundee office has been extremely helpful in resolving a travel issue after Ryanair changed flight schedule from an early flight to a late flight resulting in us loser a days vacation. Really appreciate all of Calum’s help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ramsey travel to friends and family.

I had seen the holiday advertisement on social media, made an enquiry and it was responded to quickly. Great communication, price and assistance from Eilidh who booked the whole thing for me. My son has additional needs and when I mentioned this Eilidh arranged special assistance for us as I’m travelling alone with him. Excellent customer service .

Amazing customer service, nothing was ever too much trouble. Callum was so patient and understanding, provided so many possibilities and in the end provided us with the best deal for a wonderful trip to Florida, would definitely recommend.

I saw a deal on Facebook for 4 centre to Thailand unfortunately the prices changed but Kerys keep searching for alternatives and she found me amazing 12 night 3 centre stay in Thailand for an amazing price. I’ve never used Ramsay World Stirling before as I usually book independently and separately but Kerys saved me all the hassle as she sorted it and pulled a package together with flights, hotels and ferry.
We are looking forward to our Thailand adventure Easter 2027.
