Had excellent service from James at Ramsay World Travel in Perth. He helped us originally rearrange flights due to conflict in Middle East. Unfortunately my husband took then unwell meaning we were unable to travel . James really took the stress out of a bad situation helping us with our booking and I can’t thank him enough ,

Have dealt with Michael for all our holidays fantastic service everytime. Very helpful and patient and so efficient when comes to booking remembers what we like in a holiday and always comes up trumps.

Just back from our holiday to south east Asia and with all the conflict in the world we had doubts over flights to and from our destinations however thanks to Steven at the Aberdeen branch this was all dealt with removing any stress or issues from our end. He contacted us and kept us in the loop and was able to reroute our flights meaning we could still make our holiday and enjoy without any worries. He also booked the holiday for us which was incredible based on what we roughly wanted he prepared an incredible itinerary. We had never cruised before either but thanks to Celebrity we are converted cruisers now also.

We use Ramsey Travel for all our trips and holidays, absolutely 1st class service. Very easy to deal with and competitively priced.

We have used them at least 10 years and have never had any issues. Over time they get to know you and will recommend hotels and trips based on your likes.

Booked a holiday to Florida from Edinburgh to Orlando 14th February 2026 until 28th February 2026 was highly recommended by the Manager Lewis at Ramsay Travel, Dunfermline, Fife to stay at Floridays, just near International Drive, ( he had never been to Florida himself, and no other members of staff had been either ) on arrival issued a two bedroom suite, smelt of damp and mould, not clean, issued a second suite, no sheets provided for bed settee in lounge, minimal cooking utensils, items either broken or missing, parts of doors missing unhelpful rude reception staff, major issues with transportation to theme parks, either hours late or didn’t show up at all, had to pay out for taxi’s. Dirty disgusting cafe on site, no clean towels at pool, endless issues. To follow on Ramsay Travel putting incorrect dates on park tickets, more time spent in a queue trying to sort it out, problem with transfers from airport to accommodation, incorrect flight time and fight number on paperwork for return journey back to Edinburgh, paid park tickets including water parks which were closed, we were not advised of this. To conclude waiting on an outcome of my complaint which I directed to Ramsay Travel, Head office, Dundee, which David Terry is dealing with?? Would advise anyone going to Florida DO NOT BOOK WITH RAMSAY TRAVEL, or STAY AT FLORIDAYS RESORT. will put another review on once RAMSAY TRAVEL HEAD OFFICE, has been in touch ???

Chris was very much 'on the ball' and was friendly and professional. He was also prompt in his response to our email enquiry.
