Great Service
I have never really had any issues with RAM
Something i would like to suggest though is when a tracker stops responding it would be great to receive an email. Unfortunately i do not normally see this for a week as only checked once a week.

ACCESSING CAMERA FOOTAGE
Contacted RAM tracking in relation to accessing camera footage for an accident which had happened that morning. The Advisor 'Honey' was most helpful. Talked me through the process step by step and followed this up with an email which had training videos attached.
