Delivery drivers was 2 hours late an I wasn’t informed when cooker was unwrapped their was 2 major parts missing from top of cooker had to wait for delivery of them few days later

As it is delivery isn't until the New Year on an order placed 1st Really

Good afternoon Mark, thank you for both your order and your time in writing the review.
We're seeing extended lead times almost across the board. Rangemaster products are no exception to this with lead times increasing from a standard three to four weeks to up to almost thirty weeks on some models, due to a huge demand combined with component shortages. This will be the case regardless of retailer due to the delay being at factory level.
We'd be more than happy to discuss any alternatives that are available in a shorter lead time.
Disappointed with the lengthy wait to receive our new Rangcooker
Disappointed that we have to wait until February 2022 to receive our new Rangecooker, especially as our new kitchen is being fitted at the moment as won’t be properly finished until the cooker is installed.

Long long wait .......
We have ordered but weren't impressed as it said i think 2/3 months delivery but once paid it said we wont get it till january :(
Easy to order and no problems other than this but it is quite a big one, it should give an accurate delivery date before taking payment

I have always wanted a rand cooker and ordered one with a double oven.
From ordering to delivery only took a week.
The men who delivered the cooker was very polite.
The cooker looks really nice. I haven’t used it yet, but sure it won’t disappoint.

All Rangemaster cookers are built to order at the moment and do unfortunately have a long lead time. Like with most retailers, the funds are always taken at the time of ordering unless a finance option is available and with majority of other manufacturers the delivery times are much quicker which is why the funds are taken at the time of placing the order.

Order placed and delivered within a week, much sooner than expected, was told delivery would be between4/6 weeks so was very pleased. Great communication from the delivery people and delivered on stated day and time. Would recommend

I have still not received the item over 1 month since ordering and I was not sent a confirmation of the order once I had placed it I had to chase the order to receive the invoice

This is usually sent out as soon as we have processed an order and unless an email address is incorrect, they are very quick to arrive in your inbox. The other alternative I can think of is it may have gone into your junk inbox which does happen on the odd occasion.
In regards to the delivery of your order, I have chased this up with Falcon directly and as soon as I have an update, I will be in touch with you directly.
Griddle trays
The first time I ordered something it took about 10 weeks to arrive with no mention, I called a couple of times, but the two grill trays I ordered last week arrived this week

Not a happy customer.
We came to Range cookers direct thinking this was best as we need to replace our existing range, on ordering were told slight delays due to Covid, ordered and paid!! THEN told our delivery will be 8.12.21 which is six months!! Yet they have hassled over access to the house, etc I find the whole thing unsatisfactory. Also why am i asked to review when its another six months before i get my Range!!

Great choice poor service info
The choice of appliances is second to none and the information about each is easy to use and easy to search.
Having ordered however I have no idea when to expect my appliance or what process is to follow. Communications in that regard could be significantly improved.

Excellent to deal with on purchase
The process of purchase and delivery was first class, answered any questions I had and very helpful, id highly recommend, the delivery team were amazing and very accommodating. Stunning cooker the pictures didn't really do it justice.

Rangecookers.co.uk delivered where John…
Rangecookers.co.uk delivered where John Lewis failed. If they say they have stock they actually mean it (compared to certain others who mislead and then fail).
My only small gripe is that the cooker was delivered without one of the advertised components. Enclosed was a sheet of paper advising me to order the missing part (roasting dish and rack) from a defunct email address.
Who knows if I will ever see these missing items as Rangemaster seem to be unwilling/unable to carry out basic business functions at present.
