Short delivered, no invoice provided, not contactable, not happy!

My order was short delivered, and no invoice included in the package, or the ability to print via the online account.
I contacted them via email, web-chat, mobile and voicemail multiple times over 4 weeks and still no reply.
So I am left out of pocket with stock I can't do anything with. P*ssed off to say the least. All it needs is a simple refund of the missing items and an invoice emailed over.

Terrible service from Rangeplus

Terrible service from Rangeplus – wrong item sent and no refund

Order number: RPUK-00146577

I placed an order with Rangeplus on 4th December for 40 x 150ml L’Oréal Men Face Wash and paid £4.99 for delivery. The total amount paid was £132.59.

A few days later, I received one Alpecin shampoo, which is something I did not order at all.
I emailed Rangeplus requesting a refund but did not receive a response until 17th December, when they asked me to send photos of what I had received. I sent the photos the same day. On 18th December, they acknowledged my email and said they would get back to me within 24–48 hours.

Since then, I have heard nothing. I followed up again on 23rd December, but still received no response.

This experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid a significant amount of money, received the wrong item, and have been left chasing for weeks. All I want is a refund, but the lack of communication and poor customer service from Rangeplus is unacceptable.

Really disappointed with this seller

Really disappointed with this seller. This was my second time of placing an order. When it arrived on 4.11.25 one item from my order was missing. I emailed the company to advise. I was asked to send a photo of the products received which I did. I received an email on 7.11.25 advising a refund had been issued for the missing item. Checked my credit card account. No refund. I emailed them on 17.11.25 to ask what had happened to the refund. No reply. Emailed again on 20.11.25. No reply. Completed online form on 23.11.25. No reply. Emailed them again on 28.11.25. No reply and still no refund. The refund amount is minimal. I just do not understand why they do not just refund the money or at least respond to my emails to confirm when the refund will be made.

Range Plus, please be wary

Placed two orders which I didn't receive, tried phoning numerous times to query what was happening but line always gave "the system is busy, please try again later", numerous emails sent but only got an odd reply now and then to one or two of them, took a month to resolve with them finally agreeing to send the orders and the next day they issued a refund, not the greatest of experiences

Terrible

Terrible. Paid for 48hr shipping then took 7 days and I recieved someone else's order. They still havnt give me a response from this it's now been about 9 days from when I ordered. Also they took money from my card extra then refunded it but the payment they first took is still pending. I've been here before and had no problems but the fact no ome is even getting back to me ans the phone number dosnt work is very unprofessional. I'm going to have to wait 30 days and do a claim back on my card.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID!!!

Sent 3 emails asking for a VAT invoice with my company name on, no reply. Asked using the online form for the same thing 3 times. No response. Called the phone no. 6+ times for 5 mins til it cut off on various days. No answer!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I only wanted a VAT Invoice!

Non existent customer service.

I’ve messaged this company umpteen times now and no one is prepared to speak to me re my order that was vastly short on items, they have sent me a paltry £5.80 refund without consulting me whatsoever and I was due at least 3 times that.
There customer service is non existent, don’t ask me why as I’ve dealt with this company on a regular basis and things were ok but this is unacceptable behaviour on there part so it’s basically the ombudsman for my next move to try and get this problem resolved.
Angry customer.
