I mistakenly ordered large biking pants, but changed the order within 10 minutes to an XL. They shipped the L and I spent almost 3 weeks, several hours a week either emailing or talking to customer service to change the order. This was a gift, and my son-in-law received the L nevertheless. He also tried many times to return the product to no avail. He is now stuck with the Large order (even dealing with the company for an exchange himself) which he cannot fit into comfortably and will never deal with the company again. Awful experience!

Ordered MEN'S PRO TEAM GORE-TEX LIGHTWEIGHT RAIN JACKET medium in titan price was excellent snug fit as per the description and essential for the breathability, I suggest to get the best fit possible take the chest measurements whilst wearing your best kit and it should be perfect.
For safety I would recommend the lighter colours specially in murky conditions.
Customer service was very good, friendly had an order issue which was my fault dodgy email address which Harvey pointed iout haven’t come across many that would do that 5*
