punctual.... but using inaccessible as an excuse for almost everything... even because there is rug on a floor meant it is inaccessible to see the floor... inspector didn't want to get down and dirty even a little bit even though there was crawling space under the property to check on stumps... takes pic from opening and says inaccessible again...shows up in crocs.. can see in the pics as well.. rushed through entire process so he can go to another job site... exactly his words.. I wont recommend them to anyone... fast food version of building inspections

I would strongly advise others to think twice before using Rapid Building Inspections.
They conducted the building and pest inspection for a property I purchased, and unfortunately the report failed to identify several serious issues that became obvious shortly after settlement. For example, the roof trusses are sagging, the garage door spring was broken, and there were multiple other problems with the house that were not mentioned in the inspection report.
Because these issues were not reported, I am now spending thousands of dollars on repairs that could have been identified during the inspection process. The purpose of paying for a professional building inspection is to uncover these kinds of defects before purchasing a property.
Based on my experience, the inspection did not provide the level of detail or protection that buyers rely on when making such a significant investment.
