Rapid Fuel Rescue Reviews

Adam came to our rescue today! We found him really helpful on the initial call. He had to drive quite some distance to help us as we were near Penzance. He got the car sorted and we have just driven 200 miles back home (we were on the last day of our holiday). Car sounds and feels fine, which is a huge relief. Would recommend Adam.

Adam was very friendly and efficient with sorting my stupid mishap out and getting me back on the road with no lasting g problems. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process he was undertaking and put me at ease about what I had done. I would highly recommend him for anyone else stuck in my position.

Adam got to us within 90 minutes and was able to resolve the problem very quickly. He was very friendly and polite, and very efficient and knowledgeable.

Adam arrived quickly after our call and sorted the car. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great service.

Messaged Adam for advice and he responded immediately giving me the feeling I did not need a new fuel system. Booked in the next day and on the road within 40 mins. Top Bloke would be my first call if this mistake happened again.

Excellent and fast service at a good price. Adam was very helpful I would highly recommend this company

I felt so stupid putting petrol in my diesel van, Adam was quick to come out, assured me it was a common mistake and most importantly fixed the problem quickly and efficiently
Thank you 😊

Outstanding Service and Honest Diagnosis

I called out Rapid Fuel Rescue after breaking down on the motorway when the RAC advised me that I had water contamination in my fuel.

Adam arrived within 20 minutes and immediately got to work, draining and flushing the tank. However, after carefully assessing the vehicle after starting the engine, he quickly realised that the RAC had misdiagnosed the fault. Rather than water in the fuel, the actual problem was a loose injector bracket.

What impressed me most was Adam’s professionalism, honesty and determination to find the real cause of the issue. He took the time to investigate properly and identify the underlying fault. His knowledge of modern diesel engines was evident throughout, and he explained everything clearly.

Being stranded on the motorway while towing my trailer was a stressful experience, but Adam’s methodical approach enabled him to spot the actual problem.

I would highly recommend Rapid Fuel Rescue to anyone facing fuel-related problem breakdowns. Excellent service, excellent communication, and, most importantly, genuine integrity. A five-star experience from start to finish.
