Super soft real hair
The real hair medium volume 50cm clip ins are really high quality, the hair is very healthy and soft even after washing and blends in with the hair nicely. I recommend you use their sample hairs before purchasing because after you take the hair out of the box you can no longer return it so it’s a good idea to be very sure the colour matches your own hair correctly. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, the hair looks completely different from the color shown on the website. I had to open the package to properly see and assess the actual color, but I have not used the hair at all.
I think it is very unfortunate that once the package has been opened, it can no longer be returned, especially since opening it is the only way to properly check the color. The color shown online is simply not an accurate representation of the actual product, and I would therefore really appreciate the possibility of returning it.

We understand that it can be difficult to assess the exact colour of the hair from pictures. You are welcome to look at the hair when you receive it, but if you wish to return the product, the seal must remain intact and the hair must not have been used.
We always strive to provide accurate and detailed images on our website. If you are unsure about which shade to choose, you can also order colour samples to compare the shades before purchasing the hair.

Great products at affordable prices. I purchase light weight clips ins and was amazed at the quality and ease of fitting, so natural looking and blended beautifully with my own hair. I purchased another set so I could style my fine hair in different ways. I was absolutely delighted with my products.

The tape is coming off
The tape is coming off, I've done everything according to the steps. I squeezed the air out with pliers, I've had it in my hair for 2 weeks max but the tape has already come off!

Extortionate return fees
Ordered clip in extensions after seeking their advice on colour match. Unfortunately, the extensions were not a great match, so I needed to return the product. Returns process from the UK is not cheap - you must pay for the courier (tracked delivery with UPS in my case) and in my case, the total for the return amounted to just under £50!! Certainly not worth the risk as a UK customer if you’re unsure of colour match etc, as there are many other companies which are UK based and have free returns. Would not recommend this company.
