Extremely unhelpful, shocking customer care.
I have never left a negative review on Trustpilot before because, in my experience, most companies deal with problems professionally when they arise. The internet has made customer service much more transparent, and even low cost companies like Temu have always responded promptly and been helpful.
Unfortunately, my experience with Rapunzel of Sweden was completely different.
I chose to buy from a Swedish company, even though the products were more expensive than ordering from outside Europe, because I live in Sweden and wanted to support a local business.
My order never arrived.
More than a month after placing my order, I contacted customer service. After a long wait, I finally received a reply telling me that my parcel was on its way. It was then marked as “delivered,” but it was never delivered to me.
I contacted the company again, politely explaining the situation. It took over a week to receive a response, and I was told that the matter was now my responsibility rather than theirs. I wrote several more emails, but the replies were always the same. The customer service was condescending and utterly unhelpful.
I firmly believed that I should not have to pay for products that I never received. However, after almost two months of trying to resolve the issue, them making constant excuses, I eventually paid because I was worried about the impact on my credit rating.
I have paid in full, yet I have no products to show for it. This has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Rapunzel of Sweden. Really terrible.

terrible product
The shipping was extremely fast, and Rapunzel delivered exactly as promised on that part. That is the only reason I am giving more than one star.
What I do not understand is why it was not made very clear that the vegan hair can barely be curled or styled with heat. I bought it expecting to be able to curl and style it like the product photos suggest, but the result was terrible. This should have been stated clearly before purchase.
If you want hair that can be curled, straightened and styled properly, you should buy real human hair instead. If I had known how limited the vegan hair was, I would never have bought it.
I honestly do not understand why this product is sold without much clearer information about how poorly it works for styling. Very disappointing.
