I'm in Canada and would strongly recommend this process. Way less stress than shopping around from store to store. Great. high-tech tools for viewing and grading their diamonds.
The shipping process was great also. It was sent in a 14" box (not in a ring size box or bag). The item must be signed for. I was not home when it arrived, so it went to the closest FedEx until i could grab it.
