Awesome experience
The ring and diamond i received were perfect. Beyond that the customer service team goes above and beyond. There was some concern that the ring was not going to ship the time frame that I thought it was going to and the customer care team followed up with me several times to keep me in the loop even though the website status was not updating in real time.
