I was looking for a rare puzzle ' Vrgin of the Rocks' da Vinci by Ravensburger. The only place i located the puzzle was in Rare Puzzles. i was in contact with Jorge who was very nice & helpful, he sent the puzzle as soon as i payed for it with a very nice note attached. The puzzle was very well warped & arrived safely :)

I made two orders at this store recently and I cannot fault the experience. Packaging was careful so the puzzles arrived without damage and they were in both cases exactly as described on the store page. Alex also kept me notified every step of the way regarding the progress of the order. I was initially queasy regarding his preferred payment method (bank transfer) but I needn't have been and I will make any future purchases with the greatest confidence.

Found Rarepuzzles, almost by accident, a few years ago. Have bought approx. 30 puzzles from the site since. Jorge is always a pleasure to work with. Great communication and does all he can to make it a great experience for the customer. My puzzles have survived the trip from Spain to U.S. in perfect condition.
