I've purchased puzzles from RarePuzzles.com several times, and have been pleased every time. The puzzles are exactly as described and well cared for. For shipping they are wrapped in cellophane, then bubble wrap, and are well cushioned and packaged. RaraPuzzles.com is a great source for hard-to-find puzzles.

I couldn't have been happier with the entire process. I was replacing a discontinued puzzle that had been lost in a recent move. I spent a month searching for it with no luck when it became available on the site. I was able to order it immediately, worked out the shipping arrangement and had it delivered promptly. Jorge did an excellent job communicating with me and quickly got the puzzle out the door. Throughout the process he was cordial and responsive as well and will gladly do business with him in the future. I highly recommend this site for anyone looking to find a hard to find puzzle.

The package took quite some time going from Spain to the USA, but I'm happy with the service and my 3000 piece puzzle.

Awesome transaction! Jorge quickly responded to my emails and was very understanding when I asked 20 questions (well maybe not quite that many), LOL! I told him I was about to move and was concerned about the puzzle arriving before I moved ... he offered to hold it until I moved and was ready for him to ship it. Once I contacted him to give him the go ahead to send, it arrived quickly. Overall this was an awesome transaction and I would highly recommend doing business with this vendor! I will definitely buy again should I be in the market for a hard to find puzzle.
