RAV VAST®

The support and sales team was very attencious with informing extra some details. The Rav Vast Anima drum is amazing! It adds another layer of possibilites for people that are already familiar with Pan/Tongue drums. Have been my favorite to play since its arrival! Thanks Rav Avast for the amazing work! Following the company and waiting for some more news and developments!

Thanks to the RAV team for their professionalism in handling this international shipment—no small feat! ;)

I had a wonderful experience with RAV’s customer service. When I noticed that one note on my new RAV Moon wasn’t responding as it should, the team reviewed my video, arranged an exchange, and made the process easy. The replacement arrived sounding beautiful, and I’m completely delighted with it. The Moon has such an ethereal, distinctive voice.
I now own several RAV instruments, and each has its own character and inspires me in a different way. They are beautifully crafted, deeply expressive instruments, and RAV’s support during this exchange reinforced my confidence in the company. Highly recommended!

Not only do they produce the best quality tonguedrums, their customer support is fantastic !

Proud owner of multiple instruments from them and looking forward to get another one.

This is my first transaction with this company and it’s been absolutely great! They were very responsive to all of my inquiries, I made some changes to my initial purchase and they were able to accommodate effortlessly! Once I got my hand pan drum in hand, I couldn’t put it down! I was up playing until 1AM with a big smile on my face the entire time!
The staff were friendly, easy to work with, and made the experience quite enjoyable.
Something tells me, I’ll be back for more instruments very soon! Thanks so much for making this a flawless experience and very much worthwhile!! (Rare these days).
Oh and the sound from the Rav Anima, is oh so beautiful - please folks do yourselves a favor and grab one!!!

I’ve had the F-Astronaut for a little while now, but it started to have some issues with the finish. I wrote to the company looking for options of how to care for it better, not even realizing it was under warranty, and after taking a couple pictures they set me up to have it replaced. Through talking to the representative Kate, I was able to use the cost of that drum towards the new Rav anima, and I am blown away by this drum. The design and finish of it are exquisite. The sounds it makes feel like they are from a different dimension. It’s so deep and rich. Absolutely in love with the new drum, and can’t thank Rav enough for all the help.

I have now purchased three RAV VAST instruments directly from RAV VAST Europe and every experience has been fantastic!

The instruments are beautifully crafted, sound incredible, and are built to an exceptionally high standard. On top of that, the team is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help.

I recently experienced a minor issue with my latest order when the instrument arrived with a few marks from the manufacturing process. I contacted customer support, and Kate was incredibly responsive and professional. She quickly arranged a replacement, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Outstanding instruments, outstanding service, and a company that truly cares about its customers. I will certainly be buying more RAV VAST instruments in the future and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Amazing handpans, I got the hijaz d moon and its amazing. Haven't played much but every time it sounds great.

This is a legitimate Review from New Zealand. My Rav Anima arrived today all the way to my country N.Z..This is my forth drum I have purchased from Rav Vast & I have found there Customer service over the years nothing short of totally Professional. The quality of the Rav Anima and all my drums are exceptional. Although there are some delays of up to 4-8 weeks at times, This team manage to make it happen, keeping in mind that there is a war going on & these drums take time to make. I am certain they would not deliberately mislead anyone, Mistakes do get made rarely, & we are only human! They are in the business of making the best tounge drums in the world and that's exactly what they produce.Thankyou Kate & all the incredible team at Rav for making an exquisite instrument.I love my Anima & will be absolutely delighted to continue doing business anytime in the future & will happily refer anyone that ones one,You guys are incredible thankyou.Love from New Zealand

I purchased a Rav Moon D Major and coming from the handpan world I was surprised by the bloom effect and the clear sound of the instrument, also is much more portable than a handpan although the amount of notes is less. There's been a problem with the instrument.. it got out of tune in about 7 months After purchase and I was really upset about it BUT the customer support reach out to me and delivered to me a brand NEW instrument for FREE! And of course I had the chance to keep mine although it doesn't work well, just have to pay 40€ of shipment because I'm fron Europe.
If you're new to this world I think Rav Vast it's a good company to start from, consider just the limit of the notes you can play but the sound and service are absolutely professional.

The drum is very cool looking and sounds amazing thank you so much for this instrument

Great customer service.
I’amazed by my Rav Vast Anima!
An instrument/piece of art that opens doors.
Thanks!

The communication was excellent, and also very friendly - the shipment was fast. Such a beautiful instrument, a full sound and well crafted. Really enjoyed my first attempt. It is intuitive. Thank you so much RAV for this lovely instrument and the good services provided by your staff! Gr Wendy from the Netherlands

An excellent and highly professional company; their instruments are fantastic. The Rav Moon I received is beautiful, and the customer service was fast and precise—plus, Kate was incredibly kind! Thanks to the whole team!

Purchased the astronaut, I can’t wait to receive it and share my drum experience. Company has been very helpful with back orders and great things aren’t made over night.

It was worth the wait, the instrument is intuitive and very relaxing. It allows me to zone out and hone in to me. It is a purchase from an awesome company that I do not regret

By far the worst service I have ever experienced. They use misleading language, flat out lie about key details, shipped various damaged products, don't inform about products not being in stock and lie about the refund. there are thieves whose instruments are just gathering rust and dust. unplayable and disgusting. Never again!!!

Amazing drums, and amazing customer service. When I had an issue with my drum, they replaced it under the warranty with no issue. Made the process really seamless.

I received my Anima two days ago. It's an amazing instrument, I'm sure, I'll expand my Rav collection in the future.
The communication was excellent.
Kate, thank you very much for your help!

Hello!
What an experience—buying a €900 instrument online made me a bit nervous... especially when I found out I’d have to wait two months because it was out of stock, or was offered a different model instead... I panicked—was it a scam? But no!! Absolutely not. It’s a secure site with supportive, professional customer service... I received my instrument yesterday. It’s magnificent... great quality...
Don't hesitate... Rav Drum is exceptional... the customer service is so kind and understanding. Thank you! 🙏🏼💖
