For the price of the Ray Ban Meta Gen 2 the quality of the glasses falls short. The edges of the plastic is sharp, feels like I'm going to get a paper cut if I ran my fingers across them. Otherwise I love the style of the glasses.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses online that I thought would fit me accordingly since I chose the low bridge fit, but unfortunately when I received them and tried them on, they indeed were not a good fit at all. Apparently, because I chose a custom color (transparent blue) Ray Ban advised I cannot return a pair of sunglasses that cost me well over $200. I didn’t customize the sunglasses or the case just in case they didn’t fit, but guess that doesn’t matter. Bottom line is customer service was not helpful and wouldn’t allow me to speak with a supervisor. Worst company to purchase sunglasses from, especially online because if they don’t fit when you get them you’re SOL!! You just lost a customer.

Do not recommend purchasing through Raybans website.
Purchased Meta glasses, selected drop off to local Sunglass Hut. Realised that the shop sell the same glasses at a cheaper price, tried to call Rayban to cancel my order less than 3 hours after purchasing, but they would not let me cancel.
Product eventually arrived, it arrived late, tracking for delivery wasn't corrected (it's still saying that the product is in transit, despite being sat on my desk?), I was not notified when the product arrived at the shop.
I was then told I could not return the glasses easily, I tried to return online but the process literally doesnt work (it intentionally loops and does not allow you to submit a return). Called rayban up, they confirmed that you can only return a product by calling them.
I now have to be sent 3 forms to complete, print off, and then I have to drive to a UPS collection point theyve designated to return the product. It goes to inspection, and I'll get my money back in over 14 working days.
I've tried to raise a complaint, but was told they have no complaints process. I was told I can request to speak to a manager, but this request may be denied based on the infomation on the case. So I basically have no control on escalating this issue.
First time buying through Rayban, absolutely last time buying through Rayban. Do not recommend at all. A name this premium should do better.

Discount code provided via email has no conditions on the email for what I can’t use it for an then it errors out in the checkout. The fix would be to refund me the amount I would have got off via the code.

According to the UPS Tracking, I today received an email to say they had been delivered. checking the UPS Tracking they show as delivered to SEDICO, IT. I'm in the UK not Italy.
It’s so hard to get through to customer services also!

I usually purchase my Ray Bans from store however on seeing a 20% saving online I opted for a pair of Erika sunglasses clearly marked MADE IN ITALY however on receiving my order the sunglasses are marked made in THAILAND and on comparing with others I have purchased marked made in Italy these look cheap and nasty and lightweight if this is how Ray Ban conduct their online business by hoodwinking customers I strongly advise AGAINST using their website it is considered fraudulent misleading and illegal to advertise made in Italy when in fact the item was manufactured in Thailand it also does nothing to safeguard the reputation of Italian craftsmanship.
With regard to the attached reply from Ray-Ban it clearly shows that they do not pay attention to review content as my experience related to a online order not in store utter shambles of a company.

Updated: confusing website and the wayfarer puffers nylon were too small (didn’t realize they came in two sizes) isn’t the material I was hoping for so exchanged them for Mega Wayfarer which is way better!
Excellent customer care and efficient. I love my new Wayfarer Puffers (early birthday gift to myself haha) and appreciate that Ray Ban is revitalizing and keeping the classic classics alive.
My only complaint on the Wayfarer Puffers is I wish they came with the OG g15 glass lenses (but also understand the reluctance from a liability standpoint). Irregardlessly, very excellent sunglasses so thank you ASAP!
Update: returned my Puffy Wayfarers and the return went through today, super quick. Love my Mega Wayfarers and plan to get a pair of opticals as a more affordable but still high end answer to JMJ frames :)

My Ray-Ban Meta glasses stopped charging after 15 months. I bought them when they were pretty new and were over $500. For that amount of money would expect something to last a lot longer than 15 months. Ray-Ban support is also not very helpful at all, but of course why would they be when they only give their glasses a 12 month warranty. They did offer some sort of discount on a new pair but I do not wish to spend that amount of money again on something that won’t last, even with a discount.

I would like to start this draft by indicating that I don't think the customer service was so bad at making a return last Saturday and still didn't see the echo being effective and I started communicating with them and told me that they needed another week, but this is too much of a lack of respect because the customer would appreciate it as soon as possible. Rayban has to be the worst customer service provider I have ever had. Before making the purchase, I saw on the prescription section of the product that I could either upload my prescription before completing the purchase or send it by email after placing the order. I carefully searched and checked the website, but there was no option to upload the prescription before checkout, even after trying multiple times. Therefore, I chose the second option and sent my prescription by email, as indicated on the website. They put so long to answer that order was placed for non-prescription order, so it needn't prescription to verify. They can't cancel anymore And after I must wait for the wrong product to come in order to return it back and make a new order with the same problem on the website

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Ray-Ban’s official website.
On January 31, I placed Order #75863634 for the Ray-Ban | Meta Wayfarer - Gen 2 6628MF 53-22 (Cosmic Blue, Blue lenses, including charging case). Instead of receiving the glasses, I received two Ray-Ban Care Kits.
The package was marked as “delivered,” and Ray-Ban’s initial response was to direct me toward the carrier, citing their Terms of Sale. However, this makes no logical sense. The courier delivered a sealed package containing Ray-Ban products, just not the correct ones. That clearly points to a fulfillment or packaging error on Ray-Ban’s side, not a delivery failure.
What is most concerning is the lack of accountability. As a premium brand, Ray-Ban promotes trust, quality, and customer care. But when a customer pays for smart glasses and receives cleaning kits instead, shifting responsibility instead of resolving the issue damages that trust significantly.
I have requested either:
Immediate shipment of the correct product, or
A full refund.
At this stage, I expect Ray-Ban to stand behind their brand reputation and resolve this matter properly. Customers should not have to fight to receive what they paid for, especially when ordering directly from the official website.
I sincerely hope Ray-Ban handles this professionally moving forward, but based on my current experience, I cannot recommend purchasing high-value items directly from them.
Very disappointing.

I have had a pair of ray ban meta glasses since last September (birthday present from my wife). Last week they just stopped working, I tried all the fixes that I could find. They didn't seem to want to take any kind of charge and now they are stuck in the case, I eventually managed to get them out but a big chunk of the case material is stuck on the nose piece so I can't wear them at all and the still don't work. Extremely expensive item and nowhere can I find any customer support. I beginning to think that I will just have to write them off. A decent company would offer me a refund or replacement but this is impossible as I cannot even contact them, to raise the issue.

I try to take alot of videos and the glasses make the sound like they are recording and alot of times they just don't . I go full days recording and when I go to check the videos at bought nothing is there . Very shitty for a 500 dollar camera
