This company took my order of £1100 and sent an small empty box. Every time I speak to someone at the company they act stupid and say ‘we did not send it’ but it has come from there address

This company was selling "silk filled" mattress toppers and pillows on Ebay.
2 years ago, I bought the topper and 2 pillows to reduce the night time body heating up.
NONE of the items were filled with real Mulberry silk, (let alone any other silk)! As I continued to heat up, while using these, I called & asked, are you sure this is 100% silk, a woman replied, "yes, 100%".
So, I decided to unstitch a small corner, and pulled out some filling.
It's floss like synthetic stuff. I still have the filling, and would post a photo of it, but can't on this website.
Since then, I have found other companies - that specify OEKO certification, and others that give the composite percentages - eg 10% silk, 90% rayon etc.
This company scams and lies, very knowingly.

Having been let down by another leading retailer, I decided to purchase from this Company as they offer delivery abroad.
The quilt arrived at its destination in Italy within 5 days, and my family are delighted. The recipient having worked at luxury hotels all his life, and VERY fussy said its excellent quality and is very impressed. I will be buying one for myself soon. Item ordered was 50/50 feather/down Canadian duvet 13.5tog. Excellent service and quality goods.

Lovely silk quilt, good quality good price

Recently bought a wool mattress topper from the online shop, wasn't sure what to expect as had not purchased from this company before and they have mixed reviews on here, but the topper is great, its very comfortable and warm and very well made, for the price its excellent. Reason for only 4 not 5 stars is that the topper is the same size as the bed which means when its on the bed it pulls inward from the edge slightly, so it doesn't quite fit to the edge, but when your in bed you don't sleep at the edge so you don't feel that. Im going back to look at their online store and will probably buy a duvet too. The delivery was excellent also, I was kept informed by plenty of texts at every point and it arrived next day as requested.

Bought a Canada Goose down duvet from here a week ago.
Initially I was a little disappointed as I didn’t think that it would be as good as described.
It is lovely, it is very light and very warm. We bought the 13.5 tog one and it has been great over the past few nights, below freezing here. Our bedroom is above our garage and we always keep a window open too. It does get cold in there.
This duvet is there keeping you nice and warm yet you can hardly feel it, difficult to describe but really nice.
Wish we had bought one a lot earlier in life and shall be buying one of their 4.5 tog ones for summer.
