Setting up the delivery was challenging as well as getting the certificate of insurance. The actual delivery was smooth and quick ultimately.

Great and helpful salesman- Marvin Rayfield. He shows you the product, obtains the price, and lets you make your own decision.

Items are always delivered within timeframe promised.

The products are very well made and they stand behind them. The delivery service is excellent. Just wish they had more “modern” selections.

Our sales person was extremely helpful. However, it is extremely frustrating that Raymour and Flanigan does not allow customization of all furniture. The loveseat that would’ve accompanied a couch we were interested in was way too long and we were not able to find another loveseat that could be upholstered with the same fabric to match the couch.

Steven was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also pleasant and patient. A very solid experience.

Delivery person refuses to wait for longer then 10 minutes to have mattress delivered at cargo section. Mattress was supposed to be delivered on Monday and driver never returned. this was never mentioned by salesperson.

They’re great services and very helpful with their customers. And the beautiful furniture are the best to buy.

We were able to our order delivered in just two days! So happy with their turnaround time and set up. They even came back the next morning to fix a broken, nonessential piece.
