Wonderful experience.
My wife and I were helped by Klara Vasquez. She was very polite, warm, professional, a great listener and very patient. She took her time with us to find what we were looking for, for our new apartment. We purchased a mattress, a sofa and a recliner. We are excited about these purchases. The store itself felt very welcoming.

My husband and I went to look at mattresses since ours was getting saggy. We needed something firm but not hard. We opted for a Sterns & Foster firm mattress with a pillow top and an adjustable base. Unfortunately, we were not able to purchase one with the lumbar feature since we already have a platform bed. Our associate was very patient showing us various mattresses and explaining the special features until we were satisfied. We went home and compared prices with other stores and found Raymour & Flanigan beat the other retail outlets we were looking at. We are thankful to our associates Karla and Terry-Ann for helping us finalize our mattress purchase.

not sure how there are so many great reviews, but my experience was very different.
I was doing a return so I guess due to "no commission" my reception was mediocre both at entry and at the service desk. Thank God for actual customer service with Ms. Kayon (hope I spelt the name correctly). The micoaggression from the "light" skinned female was remarkable (only because she is working in a black/brown community)..anyway..definitely a 0 star experience..raymour please teach your staff not to treat people based on how much money they think people have in their pocket, but instead treat people the way they would want to be treated...
