Certain things were not explained . I was told when purchasing the furniture came with a 5 years warranty it was never explained that the cost was almost 500 dólares . Notice when revising my recipe.

Sleeping Better
The salesman was very good he understood what type of mattress I needed. He did make one mistake. He added in a box spring that I said I didn't need. I didn't notice it until I got home. I called the store and he apologized and said they would pick it up and credit my account.

Luis at the Bronx Terminal location was great! He helped us purchase our new sofa, gave his honest opinion and did not force anything onto us. He gave us space and time to browse. Helped with a warranty question we had. Overall great experience, will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Absolutely, the best furniture, the best customer service representatives & the best sales representatives in the market. I moved from The Bronx to Charlotte, they delivered my furniture, a house full. Now, I've moved again & have reordered some furniture. And, it's being delivered. My bed came apart that night as soon as laid on it then I call to get it fix they said I had to wait 2week wow when I paid for it to get professionally done....so me and my husband fixed it ourselves ...I rather spend my money with another company...next time I will so...I spent about 7 to 8 thousands in raymour and this is how they treat their customers...it will not be a next time I promise
