We had to go back to store to reselect new furniture. Our original set had a defect which was taken care of by giving us full credit for new set They could not have better about the transaction. We dealt with floor manager who was professional and well informed. To tell you the truth, I was waiting for some sort of issue to happen but never did. We are waiting for our new set and they are taking away old set. Thanks so much for all your help with this issue. From the first delivery people, to the tech that came to inspect problem with original set it has been great!!!!!

There was a problem with the removal of my old mattress and the Brookfield store manager, Steve Dinardo (may not be spelled correctly) was able to resolve it. I wish to compliment him and the delivery people.
Please correct your commercials regarding the removal of existing mattresses so they comply with the "truth in advertising" standards and provide more training for your sales consultants.

Everything was great. Darren was very professional and not pushy. We knew the mattress we wanted and Darren brought us directly over to it. Soup to nuts, all done within 30 minutes. Delivery next day was just as professional. Out with the old, in with the new within 10 minutes. Excellent!

Sales rep was patient, spent time in store with us. She gave us handouts showing specific measurements and specifications of items we were considering for comparison, so we could make our best informed selection for purchase

Was shown what we were interested in and left alone to talk about it. We left with the sales persons card to think about it. No pressure whatsoever. When we made our decision and called, the set was put aside for us. We picked it up and it was wrapped very well and received help to put it in the truck. Great experience!

Sonia Arora greeted me and took me around until I found what I wanted. She was very polite and knew all about the recliners that I was looking for. I did buy the chair.

Gary Selke was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about what we were looking for a recliner with a lumbar support/pillow. It was evident he is a seasoned salesman!
